Good location in this fascinating town, lovingly restored rooms with every modern feature you need and a very helpful host.

The B&B is located in the beautiful old town of Caltagirone, squeezed between all the other old buildings. In our room was just a small window leading to a very narrow atrium. Not much daylight, but we stayed only for a night, so it was OK and had the positive effect that it was very quiet. The room of our friends had 3 beds and a larger window leading to the narrow street in front of the building. More daylight, but also more traffic. Everything was comfortable and very clean. A good location for the exploration of the town, close to restaurants, shops, churches and the famous stairs.

Due to the narrow streets, there is no parking in front of the house. All streets are one-way. You have to unload your car and park elsewhere. You really need to know where to go in order to find parking. There is plenty of parking on Viale Regina Elena and on Via Gessai. With a GPS or clear directions or a guide you'll find your way. Walking from the parking to the B&B is only 3 minutes, but driving from the B&B to the parking is a longer way to drive than the other way round. There is no continuos service at the place. The host will come around your announced arrival time and leave until next morning.

Great location and Giacomo was a brilliant host. Perfect for a short stay in the beautiful town of Caltagirone. Shower was great, bed was comfortable and location was ideal.

No negatives at all really. The property met our expectations and we would happily stay again!

The room could have been a bit bigger

We booked for 2 nights and were not disappointed! Giacomo greeted us on arrival and gave us a map of the town including his personal restaurant and bar recommendations. The location is fantastic and a short 5 minute stroll to the nearest Piazza. We travelled by motorbike and were offered a secure garage parking if we chose it but we were happy leaving our bike outside. The town of Caltagiorne is a magnificent old town set up in the hills. though quiet at this time of year I imagine it's usually bustling with tourists. Our room had a small balcony and it was spacious enough for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was done to a high standard with an excellent shower! Highly recommend this B&B!

Nice room in the city center, 10 minutes walk to all atractions. Easy check in and check out. We received a map of the city and short advise what to visit. Comfortable bed in the room.
