Nice and clean appartment, perfect location to reach everything on foot.

Couldn't use the bedroom AC as there was no remote control, wifi was not working (the mobile network also is very poor in the evening in that area). Loud bells from the church nearby are heard through the closed windows. Parking nearby is possible if you are lucky.

if you had very small children, the stairs would be a concern. it is five minutes walk uphill from the nearest easy parking space

The apartment was spacious, located in a quiet area. The host was friendly.

The apartment was not very carefully cared for. I had requested a non-smokiing apartment, but I immediately found an overflowing ashtray on the balcony, and one bedroom smelled so much of smoke that I kept it closed. The cleaning was not up to the standard of all other places I had stayed in. The water was hot for literally 10 seconds before turning barely luke warm, then cool. The refrigerator never got cold. Neither of the 2 TVs worked, as the host discovered. It is potentially a nice apartment, but definitely needs more attention.
