The view from our room window under was dirty and the air conditions machine.

The staff were very nice and welcoming specially in the dining area.

We arrived and the room was dirty and the bathroom floor was full of long black hair. Also the shower was broken. The second and third night we couldn't sleep cause they put a group of kids in the same floor next door to us and until 3am they just kind of party. We had dinner there once, absolutely disgusting, 60 euro for food old reheated and not nice at all.

Location was ok.

Filthy rooms. No wifi. Bad quality breakfast. I asked my room to be changed and they refused: I ended up not sleeping as there was a group of teenagers who kept playing music and singing.

All good room is comfortable. Pool view is nice and bar has plenty options for drinking. Car parking is also available inside hotel

Too much Noise

no internet, no working tv, uncomfortable pillows and a lot of noice from other guests and music from the bar. It is too expensive for what you get.

The pool was very pretty and the location also. They seemed understaffed and frankly this is not a three star hotel. It is a two star hotel, and if they would change the stars maybe people would stop complaining.

It is a hotel of mass production, serving many people for breakfast, especially young people on trips with the school.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices and constantly refreshed.

Common areas very noisy, sometimes parties till after midnight. Oddly the aircon on the room was centrally controlled and set to 24 degrees and no lower, was switched off from 7am and not back on again till 3/4pm. WIFI was fairly strong but not available throughout the hotel.

WYFI did not exist. No running water untilll we had to check out. Limited access to pool. Breakfast very bad. Dirty and very rude staff.

Too many school-age children mean a lot of noise until late at night. Air-condition in the second bedroom kept turning off after some time of working - we needed to go to the reception and ask the staff to turn it on again as we could not operate it by ourselves (it was not possible to turn it on again by us).

Uf, what to say…? How many stars to give…? It is not easy decision. We were aware that cheap accomodation goes with some compromises. As we needed place for sleep, shower and breakfast we didnt want to spend much. We got clean towels and sheets every day… except one when they picked up dirty and didnt left clean ones… so we had to go on reception to get them. The guys on the reception speeks english good enough to explain needed basics. The guys in the bar understands what you want from them. Swiming pool is OK, it is nice option to cool yourself when you spend whole day walking arround at extremely high temperatures... and kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast, every day the same, but OK. Scrambled and hard boiled eggs, roasted bacon, sausages, slices od cheese, two types of salami, croissant, various spreads, cereals, milk, juice, coffie… I really cant complain about that.

Rooms could be cleaner, we had some spider nets with sipiders, some dead bugs splashed on the walls. Aircondition is on from 8 to 10PM and arround 5-6AM (not sure for how long, I know that was on at some time before daylight). The entrance door was really squeeky and hard to close, so every neighbor knows when you open/close them. Balcony doors in our friends room was broken so they could not close them. Bathroom was clean but ugly with smallest shower cabin I have ever been in, so if you are big person that could be really challenging. Water pressure in the evening was so low that I was barely able to wash myself… and if you have long hair the washing proccess could be really long. Hair dryer didnt work. The older one was cool first day, after that he was little annoying because he thought that all people from Croatia think only about football… and that we can understand italian if he speeks slowly. So he didnt stop talking about Perisic, Modric… bla, bla… just give me the f… drink and let me go 😊 At one moment he tried to explain me that Rijeka and Istria belongs to Italy… I really didnt want to talk about politics, hystory etc… I am on vacation, just leave me to enjoy! We got a room with pool view and that was really cool untill they had a party by the pool on Friday evening… I really dont know when it finished… I was awake untill 2AM because of loud music, screams, voices… then I somehow fall a sleep until someone starts to screem again… it was really long night. Saturday night was almost the same but without music… only screems and loud laughing. Since aircondition was off, and day was really hot it was really hard to be in completely closed room because noises was too loud to sleep with open balcony doors.

The location is great, breakfast was ok. View was beatiful. The stuff in the restoran is polite and helpful. Area around the pool is nice.

The board for the coffer was not attached, so my kids fell couple of times beacause they wantet to sit on it, it is easily solvebale so it irked me, but afterwards I left it on the floor so it was ok. ..They don’t clean floors. The pools could be cleaner. Coffee is bad, and I am not the picky one. We couldn’t get second key

When booking: no information that swimming pool is not in use - such information should be displayed when booking to avoid disappointing the customer, like me

The price

Not comfortable, Ice cold, heating system not controllable, shower too small, very noisy all night long by student parties, staff inexperienced, no shop nearby, without a car you would be lost. TV not works, Internet not works.
