Das Zimmer war super, die Terrasse lädt zum Relaxen ein, das Frühstück und das Essen waren sehr gut, man fühlte sich vom ersten bis letzten Moment wohl. Danke an das sehr nette und aufmerksame Personal.

Struttura di design, moderna, con ogni comfort, parcheggio disponibile, gestori e personale disponibili, carinissimi e sorridenti, grazie Paolo e alla dolcissima neo consorte .
Colazione abbondante, essendo marzo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la piscina esterna per ovvi motivi, ma avevamo comunque una bella vista dal terrazzino della nostra camera.
La consiglio ad amici e sicuramente ci torneremo!

The owner and the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome and provide for all our requests and needs. Their attitude really made it a memorable stay. The restaurant was also excellent - best meal we had in Sirmione.
It was located by a busy roundabout so sometimes there was traffic noise. That didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay, though, as the positives far outweighed this.

Wonderful warm welcome from the hosts! The b&b had great facilities (clearly recently refurbished), including a charming pool, and a very generous breakfast. The property is convenient for catching the bus to the historic Center (about 12 mins walk to the bus stop).

Free parking in front of the facility. The breakfast was perfect! The Oslo room was great, clean, and warm. Shampoo smelled like mint and there was a cute orange SMEG refrigerator in the room! The staff was very polite and smiling :)

The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. I would have loved to receive a room with a four poster bed as in the presentation photos. Even so, the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good.
The distance to the historic center of Sirmione is big therefore you need to use transportation or your own car.

A BRAND NEW family owned hotel, the rooms are fabulous, very well equipped with the highest standard!
Paulo gave us the best welcoming experience in Italy, was super nice and helpful!
His dad (forgot his name, sorry) is a brilliant chef, makes the best pizza in town!
Breakfast- after 5 days in Italy, 5 different hotels, we finally had the best breakfast yet in Italy! There was a verity of choices, and everything was delicious:)
We would definitely come back, highly recommend!

Nice variety of good food and beverages at breakfast meal. Dinner at this restaurant was AWESOME!!!! The prices for entrées were very reasonable and the best tasting food we've ever experienced. Serving size was very generous. Hotel and restaurant staff were always helpful and concerned that our expectations were met.
Perhaps a ceiling fan in each room so the in-room unit doesn't have to run continuously.
