O lugar é no centro de Firenze. Perto de tudo! De todas as atrações turísticas, bares, sorveterias e restaurantes. Com certeza, eu voltar lá, ficarei no mesmo hotel. É uma suíte, maior, mais afastada.

Um pouco de barulho que vinha do hotel. A rua era calma, porem o hotel tinha um pouco de barulho acima do normal. Acho que o café não está incluso, um erro. Sugestão: cobre a mais os 10/15 euros e incluía o café da manha. Não me emprestaram uma taça para o vinho. Falaram que somente disponibilizavam taças para quem comprasse o vinho com eles (gente, isso na Itália, na Toscana). Paguei metade em hotéis que o cara me deu a taça de vidro. DEU! E eles não quiserem EMPRESTAR.

Location was perfect, so close to everything and right near the station. Room was very big and nice. The staff were lovely. Would stay again and definitely recommend it.

Location is very good.

Payment procedure. Full price of stay was held on card and staff did not have a receipt of the transaction. Breakfast staff were not polite and suggested we were late even though we were seated within the allocated time before breakfast hours concluded. Overall the hotel is a pleasant property but poorly managed. Some staff were very polite and helpful but it was not good value for the service received.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel was lovely and clean. We really liked the fact there was always fresh water and hot water available downstairs and plenty of fruit tea

The only improvement could be the breakfast. It was good and the cakes were homemade, but could have had a bit more viarity

The staff is there all the time. The washroom and shower in the room is spacious! Great location. Good breakfast for 12 euros.

Every thing is clean and good no complains. Location is next to all the good food such as zaza and the food court while the staff is very nice. Upon exiting the hotel you will see a leather market. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the is exelence customer servuce.
