We were shocked to have to pay $60 to rent beach chairs for the day. Bummer that there is no recycling service provided. It would have been nice to have a few condiments provided;salt & pepper... Maybe because of the time of year there was a lot of construction noise (especially dislike daily leaf blowers!)

We have vacationed in Rosemary for several years now - and actually stayed in the main house 13 years ago. The carriage house is the perfect size for a couple and the layout makes the most of the space. You can't beat the convenience to the gulf, Coquina pool, and downtown RB. The parking is still an issue even with access to one side of the garage as we were frequently blocked in by contractor vehicles almost every day. Their were a few minor cleanliness issues (dishes) and some of the furnishings could use a refresh or replacement. But, all in all this was a great property at a very good value for what you get. The management company was responsive and addressed all of our concerns - except for the parking - which was out of their control. None of this dimmed our vacation and we would highly recommend visiting RB and staying at Villa Belize!

Great location, perfect for two people

The carriage house was wonderful and the location was ideal. Just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach and town square. We will be back again soon!

So close and walking distance to beach, pool, shops and places to eat. Rental was easy to access and felt very private. We utilized the pull out couch and it wasn't too bad. I would suggest only one adult sleep on it. The Kitchen had everything we needed.

The property looked exactly like the pictures! It was extremely clean! The location was amazing! Everything was within walking distance! The property management was amazing! The first day we got there I notice the bathtub was draining slow and I reached out to the property management and they had if fixed in less than hour….I give this little getaway a 10/10! We loved the Belize Carriage House!

Wonderful property in a magnificent location

Loved the multiple decks but wished there was a little table and chair on both for morning coffee or evening wine. The service was awesome and quick to respond. The garage was tight but so nice to have. The girls enjoyed the bicycles. The only thing I would heavily recommend is that the linens,Pillows and sofa bed be replaced, I’d seen this complaint in other reviews but thought maybe they were just being overly critical. I definitely agree! We had to buy an air mattress because the mattress was so old and you could feel every bump. The only other recommendation is that they repair the bathroom /shower needs some attention and install the towel bars that apparently fell off. I would rent this again because of the positives.

The place was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Other than groceries the only maintenance item we purchased were more garbage bags. The location was key for us. We had our special needs son with us. He is a bit challenged with getting around. Having a pool so close and being a short walk to the wheel chair accessible walkover was a huge help. And many dinning options were walkable for us. I highly recommend this rental and the beach town of Rosemary Beach.

I ll start with this, Rosemary beach is beautiful and surrounding area. If you get a chance to go, i highly recommend it. As far as the property we stayed at is concerned. I think they need to fix their issues before letting anyone else stay there. We found MOLD In the bathroom, around the windows, the ceiling and in the living quarters ceiling as well. Property managment company tried to pass it off as its normal, nothing normal about mold. They offered to spray the property with chemicals, which was just as bad. Lets spray it so my 6 month old daughter and 3 year old son can inhale those as well. My wife is sick on our drive home as i type this review. The bathroom mirror fell off glass broke cut my wifes leg The bed, advertised as a queen is a full size bed. 7 days sleeping on that, will require a chiropractors visit and a vacation. None of the furniture is comfortable, the tvs are small and the parking is terrible if you have a bigger vehicle. Ive learned a lot this vacation, ive learned to look at reviews more seriously, to verify if there is anything that can harm my family, to make sure the beds are the size they say they are. So as a renter i will do a better job making sure this does not happen to us again. As far as LUXURY is concerened, you might as well go stay at motel 6. Nothing luxury about it, other than the amazing town it is in. - sidenote beware when booking with vrbo, i called them numerous times, chatted with their representatives to only be left on read. Their did not earn their fee that they charged, and this place certainly was not worth the money spent.

For our family of 4 (boys ages 3 & 5) this was perfect. The location is two houses away from the pool out of the back gate and an extremely short walk to the delightful Eastern Green and the boardwalk for beach access out of the front. The house was so precious; had everything we needed for our stay. There was a storage space for luggage that was a nice amenity and the coffee was delicious! The rental company had it spotless upon our arrival and made it easy to check in and out. We highly! recommend this place for a couple or a small family. The pull out couch was a hit with our boys. It served as a wonderful getaway for our family in this season! We will be back.

Met all our needs. The cleanliness was a little questionable (the pull out sofa had sand all over it) and the tv had about 7 working channels and was the smallest TV set I’ve ever seen. Kitchen was fully equipped which was a plus!
