Ideal location in Centre of city. Very clean and super breakfast choices.

Problem with the shower head - no English TV Chanels - no mirror in room only in bathroom. Parking in garage very convenient although 22 Euros per day is rather high.

I enjoyed all my stay but especially I was pleased with the client-friendly approach at the reception when they let me keep my luggage for 24h as I wanted to travel light when paying an overnight visit to another city in Spain

GREAT LOCATION AND GOOD ROOM

Nice location only a few steps from the town center. The palace n itself was magnificent and the hall spectacular with its patio and fountain.

The room was a couple of square meter too small and the window looked in a very small side passage and had really no view.

Beautiful hotel well situated in the old town. The staff were really friendly and it has a relaxed vibe. Room was very good value, great for a short stay (we only stayed one night) probably a bit uncomfortable for a long stay.

We had a basic double room but was surprised that it didn't have a kettle to make drinks. Also the bar/restaurant always seemed to be closed. Would have been nice to be able to sit and have a drink.

The location is suberp. The staff are very professional and friendly. They tried hard to accomodate my family's travel needs. The decorations and designs of common areas are magnificent.

The AC didn't function very effectively at bottom floor rooms. The extra-bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok but had limited variety/options.

We really liked the breakfast, the room was superb and the location in the center of Granada really nice in order to reach Alhambra and all the other beautiful places on foot. The staff has been welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommendable.

The garage is really narrow and you should be a decent driver, knowing your car or using the help of another person to safely steer your vehicle around. Beside that, everything was more than just fine.

Misled by the staff to believe that the breakfast is included. I was charged afterwards. Also they advised me with the wrong bus number. The reception staff have to improve

We liked everything. The location, the room, the staff, the price, the breakfast. Highly recommended!

Just the European standard of a very warm duvet and a thin sheet on the bed. Too hot, then too cold. In spring and summer, a sheet and light blanket would be great. Street noise at night was an issue if you can’t abide ear plugs.

Perfectly located in the center of town. Hundreds (literally) of restaurants in walking distance, and so is the cathedral. Even the Alhambra can be done by foot, although a bit steep :-) (But: book your tickets for the Alhambra before booking a hotel !!!! Otherwise no Alhambra from inside.) Parking underneeth the hotel, very convenient. Personnel friendly, rooms are clean.

Well, that is something you need to know: since the hotel is located in the historic center of Granada, roads are narrow, any noise is reflected and in the first floor where our room was you feel being part of the action on the road. It is not so much the traffic, but the Spaniards like to party and they really do. There is a bar/restaurant on the hotel premises on ground level and diagonally opposite, there are 2 more bars/restaurants. Before 2 am forget about sleep and after 6 am life is picking up again.

The room was good and breakfast fine BUT….

In theory rooms in the left hand side of the hotel should have been quiet, with only a pedestrian alley and small square (residential only) alongside. Sadly a trio of teenage girls have adopted it as the place they go before and after hitting the bars. We stayed three nights. Thursday was OK, they didn’t stay long. Friday night they talked loudly, played music and danced (in clogs by the sound of it) from about 12.30 to 2.30. When they turned up again on Saturday night my husband had words with them from the window. 10 mins later they were back. He opened the window to speak to them again to discover all three of them urinating in the alleyway. At which point he complained to the hotel. They did move us but only had a room at the front of the hotel free, with noise from the bars and the hotel restaurant until 12.30 am ish. Maybe it’s just a problem at weekends, but if you want to sleep be warned.
