Location is the best you can find at Granada!! And the view is unbelievable. Very easy check in and check out. Very nice small kitchen. Lots of shops and cafes around the property, even a small supermarket.

There is a washing machine, but no iron. No corkscrew and wine glasses. Saturday night is not the best time to stay at this apartment, people screaming and having parties around the place and you can hear everything. Wi-fi is not great. The apartment is not very clean and the furniture has plenty of stains on it. I paid cleaning fee, but they also asked me to clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and remove all the garbage bags...

Everything went smoothly with the checkin. Instructions were clear and simple. Place was clean and comfortable and location was amazing!

Nice space. Nice sized bathrooms.Included some soaps, bath gel and shampoo. Easy entry. Had washer and drying rack. A/C units for both rooms.

Overall the apartment was very nice with perfect location to explore Granada. The check-in procedure is with code for the keys, so for a late arriva like ours was a big plus.

The kitchen needs to have more amenities like corkscrew, wine glasses, kitchen paper towel, kettle, liquid soap.

the communication from management was very poor. it was told initially that the access code to the property will be emailed at least 14 hours prior to arrival but it was sent 55 minutes after arrival.

No lamps to create mood lighting - just bright light or nothing. The sofa is uncomfortable. The property messaged after the stay offering a 20% discount in exchange for a five-star review. Surely this is not ethical, and throws doubt on all other reviews.

The property is in the centre of the city. The apartment was clean and modern. It was very secure.

We could not get into the property when we arrived at 8.30pm. I had a problem with mobile roaming on my phone and they did not send the information about access until after 3pm when we were travelling. They did not answer the phone even though I tried several times. I had to ask the manager of the next door for help so that I could get in the building and into the apartment. Also, we were not given directions to the property and it was hard to find.

The apartment is amazing. in the central of Granada and view to the cathedral. clean and well equipped

The location is lovely. The place is clean. The instructions for getting in where clear.

The price indicated for the parking is incorrect. It is 25 EUR not 20. What is more, it's an overstatement to say it has parking as they don't even have a deal with the parking that's near them. The neighbors were loud and were.moving furniture and on Sunday night. For the price you pay for the accommodation and the parking you can find a nicer stay, with better service, softer sheets and nice toiletries.
