Location and how modern it was, this is rare in Lanzarote to have modern apartments finished to a nice standard!

Pool too cold. such a disappointment. although they say it’s heated, it’s still too cold to enjoy or use.

The apartments & complex are magnificent, I've never been anywhere on a self catering basis with such a high standard of cleanliness,spacious living area & wonderful bathrooms. It felt like 5* ! Great location as well. Very impressed & would recommend highly.

Our apartment was interconnecting which wasn't an issue as such only when a family with young children arrived it was quite noisy early morning & a few hours in the evening.

Pool and bar area were kept impeccably clean. Bar staff and pool lifeguard were all very friendly and always cleaning. Cocktails in the bar were very nice and staff in bar very helpful. The location is excellent, just off strip in the new town. Although the steep hill the hotel is located on would make it unsuitable for those with mobility issues, this wasn't a problem for us. Rooms are good layout with comfy beds and nice bathroom.

We arrived on Tuesday and room didn't receive a clean/change of towels until Saturday. We phoned up and asked for new towels, which didn't turn up. When I followed up with reception directly to say the room wasn't serviced, the room was cleaned that afternoon, but they weren't very apologetic. Was clearly a mistake somewhere, which happens. Air conditioning in our room wasn't great and quite noisy considering how little it cooled the rooms. Strange for newish hotel. All our friends (2 other couples) received a welcome drink when arrived, but we didn't... maybe they just didn't like us :(

The apartment we had was nicely furnished, clean and cleaned regularly, and modernly laid out. We had a balcony with a sea view and on that balcony there were two sun loungers which we really liked and made use of regularly. We only once sat by the pool and once had lunch and both were fine. We had very little interaction with staff except the two Receptionists when we arrived and left - both were very professional and spoke good English. There could be more sun loungers around the pool for such a big complex but everything was very clean. We did like the closeness to the beach.

Our apartment, no. 3211, was right at the front of the building, located on what is known locally as Cardiac Hill. We also were right next to the entrance gate which most people used throughout the evening/night unless they went in through Reception at the top of the hill because the other gate appeared to be padlocked in the evening. The gate, which was right outside our bedroom, has a swipe facility and is metal so it made noise each time it was used. Voices on the road were very loud and continued into the early hours of the morning. And there was a mini recycling facility situated at the bottom of the hill which included a cage receptacle for cardboard, a large skip and a couple of glass recycling bins. These are filled continually by the local traders throughout the day and emptied and/or replaced during the night. All of these issues unfortunately made it a very noisy location and we really didn't get much sleep for the 9 nights we were there.

The location. The hotel was quiet yet busy.

Have to pay for wi fi and pool towels after the first towel. To pay for and give deposit for an iron. To.pay for an in room safe.

breakfast was not included in price which is fine but €24 for two people to have a buffet breakfast is too expensive

Great location and lovely pool ares with chill zone. No problem getting sun loungers. Welcome drink on arrival. Large, spacious room.

Quite noisy throughout the night and early morning due to works and staff. Depending on where your room is located you can expect to climb some stairs to reach pool area. Hotel located on a very steep hill. Had to pay for safety box and WiFi.

My sister and I had a great week here and loved every moment. The pool is beautiful and the location to the strip is perfect. Snack bar great too. Our apartment was huge with huge terrace, was not disappointed.

Loved everything however and had no problems. Just a heads up there is a steep hill outside so you may need to bear this in mind when booking a room if you have any mobility issues (go closer to the seafront ).
