Spa is amazing. Very comfortable beds. Very good food choice at breakfast. Good size room and bathroom. Great to have balcony. Good size swimming pool by reception and sun area. Nice addition of entertainment zone with table games. Cocktail area nicely done.

Spa area needs urgent update especially ceilings and windows. Time restrictions for spa (closed 14-16) and opening quiet late at 11am. Some of the staff members on the reception are not very customer oriented.

Breakfast was poor .

No kettle in room to make a cuppa , no tea or coffee, swimming pool was closed as no lifeguard spa pool open but certain times and had to purchase cap & flip flops. Air con throughout building was poor .Lack of information to what’s on in the area and no brochures stating where. Definetly doesn’t encourage people to stay more that 1 night. .

Not very friendly if you're English. Bar lady was very unhappy didn't like to serve me. Served Spanish guests ahead of me and made me wait. Told me the bar didn't serve food but served Spanish guests snacks and olives. The hotel had many facilities but some were closed. When I checked in I wasn't told where the restaurant was so I never ate there, not even for breakfast. I wasn't told if there was a gym, where the leisure facilities were. I was only told where my room was

The spa was nice but the water was extremely salty.

we were disappointed going for Christmas and booking half board breakfast and evening meal that on arrival was told the restraunt was closed and no food provided. only breakfast we were very disappointed at having to try and find somewhere to eat. we didn’t want to use the car but places to eat where a long long walk away from the hotel we were very disappointed.

Hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the location for us was perfect

Great that there were vegan options for breakfast, but could do with more. No tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom. The bar when you wanted a drink, had to ring a bell and wait for along time as there was no full time staff manning it

Not all Spa facilities were open. No relaxing area in marine pools

Nice room with balcony. Comfortable big bed. Good sized bathroom with nice shower. Helpful staff in reception and restaurant. Very tasty breakfast with lots to choose from.

The hotel is connected to a huge salt water indoor pool complex with massage facilities The massage I received was exceptional The staff very friendly

The breakfast was included however the restaurant is huge with no thought given to soften the noise or allow privacy No atmosphere Food average at best The second day we bought breakfast out We would not eat lunch or dinner there

Bar facilities were poor and extremely expensive.

The Thalassia is a great centre to explore this area of Spain. There is also a great Spa attached.

I think the bar area could be developed more
