Fantastic hosts Irini and Zak. Covid safety - very high attention to cleaning and rules. Great peaceful location. Very good breakfast served in spacious dining room with spectacular views. Thanks so much for amazing warm welcome and great holiday.

The WiFi signal is very weak and the speed is slow. When it rains, a lot of water flows into the room.

There was a nice pool. The Apartment is located at the sea.

The stuff is not authentic, it felt strange. There was NO! breakfast buffet instead you have to order from a list. Getting an 2. coffee was only possible with a bad mood. A quite little breakfast for the money. The room was equipped very cold & poor. The second room (3 Persons) had no wardrobe. And there was no place to relax in the Appartment no couch.

Simple and lovely - The breakfast was great, the views, the location is remote and quite on the way to Balos beach.

Maybe they can upgrade for a better coffee machine!

Perfect location 20m from a quiet beach. grerat to wake up in the morning and hear the waves. the place is very clean. nice breakfast and great service. pool is nice though water was quite cold at the end of september. Great value for money.

The furniture in the room are very basic, which is Ok for the price paid, but also quite old. The rooms could use some new furnishing.

Very clean and comfortable studio. All the necessary dishes to do your Greek salad ;) nice beach just 7min walk from the hotel. Very friendly stuff. You receive towels and umbrella than you can take with you to other beaches. Clean pool. The hotel is located in the village so the car is a must!

I would prefer to have buffet meal instead of choosing on card (Covid). The breakfast menu could be more diveresed.

Great place, close to Balos and Falasarna, next to the calm beach. Clean rooms, bathrooms and pool. Lovely staff ❤ Breakfast is ok. Parking next to the building. Good place to use as a base for trip to best west cost location on Crete. We already have plan to visit this place again.

This property is in such a beautiful location, with the large, very quiet and rugged bay right in front of the property, this is the reason we chose the hotel in the first place (after having fallen in love with this area on a previous visit). You can swim in the pool whilst taking in the breathtaking views. Furthermore you can make fantastic day trips to numerous beautiful beaches in the areas (Falanassa, Balos and Elafonisi). The hosts of the property go above and beyond with their friendly hospitality to ensure you are happy. They ensure that everything is immediately cleaned after use and in these times of the covid virus they ensure you feel safe. Our balcony was private, the airco worked very well, and the small kitchenette has everything you need. We felt so welcome and happy and we can't wait to go back!

The room has everything you need but is basic, but that is very much in line with the price so absolutely no complaints there. There is no on site restaurant so do take a torch if you don't want to drive to a restaurant. We had a torch and so walked every evening to a great restaurant about 20 minutes away (also highly recommended). But these points are just tips so you know what to expect and to take. Don't be put off you will love it here!!!

Nothing to complain

The big plus of this place is the location. The hotel it`s not far from the city but it is perfect for relaxing. I like the fact that the rooms are not in the same place and you can have more privacy. Another plus is the swiming pool and the the fact that the owners watch over the rules. So, if you are a civilized you will feel really satisfied! I liked also the kind of people who choosed this hotel, educated and civilized family and couples, polite and respectful! If you are the kind of noisy people, with a lot of children and no interest in respecting rules don`t stay here..PLEASE! Don`t ruin a quiet and relaxing place!
