The whole experience was perfect from start to finish... its all about the staff and how professional and welcoming they were. they were totally amazing at their jobs. The property was incredible, and we had a fabulous fabulous stay. will definitely be returning!

The staff is absolutely amazing, everyone is friendly and caring and made my stay pleasant. The property is beautiful, the restaurants are amazing. Rooms are super clean, bed is comfy, service is excellent.

The indoor pool in the Spa smells not very well. The outdoor pool is not heated which I dont understand. I live in the middle east and all our pools are heated during winter. No iron in the room

Absolutely stunning. I stay in a lot of hotels around the world and I live in Dubai where we have some fantastic hotels, but this place is fabulous. The service is impeccable. The location and serenity are sublime. Just perfect. I didn’t play golf as I was working but the course looked fantastic.

Nothing. If I’m not picking then the AC wasn’t brilliant. Not a problem in March but might be in July.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful building and suite. The staff in the spa and the sushi restaurant were very good, Italian restaurant let it down.

The fine dining restaurant was closed and the Italian restaurant was poor. Pool should have been heated for the off season.

Quite simply one of the best hotels in Europe. Everything from the setting, to the staff, to the room was top quality and certainly won't be beaten on the Costa Del Sol. We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the pool and it was perfect, everything about the room was top quality. It was also partially overlooking the golf course, an incredible setting. The staff are top class; from the concierge, to the reception and particularly the breakfast staff. So helpful and friendly. Staff at this hotel have clearly been trained to the highest hospitality standards. The facilities are second to none. The outdoor pool setting is beautiful and the pool is very refreshing. The spa facilities are extensive and better than we have seen anywhere, including a range of baths and steam rooms, a sauna and an indoor pool along with a good gym area. The golf course is incredible. My husband played the Flamingos course and described it as an experience he won't forget. He also used the driving range facilities. Despite having no clubs with him on the trip, the hotel facilitated him, no problem. The staff in the caddie shop and the driving range both looked after him really well. The breakfast buffet is great, with a range of options and the staff are just absolutely excellent. The setting on the front lawn for a drink was perfect and we sat here or by the pool often during the day. We ate in the Italian restaurant on the first night and it was 'very good' rather than 'excellent', but that is nit-picking really. We stayed twice in 2022, in July for a wedding and in December over Christmas. The weather was great on both occasions. We are already looking at coming back next year. The staff was nice, the golf and the room.

In the evening the only open restaurant was the veranda which cost as much as a star michelin restaurant in marbella.Not impressed at all. I ordered some room service on the last night and spent the whole evening sick.They need to improve on the quality control of the food.

Service was not good at all.

The haughty attitude of some of the personnel, especially the staff who showed us around. We booked a junior suite with a view from two windows based on the photos on Booking.com and they tried to give us a large twin with the most awful view, that connected to a suite, instead. They only gave us another room for free when we got very angry. Until then, at 7 PM check-in, and in spite of having other empty rooms, they tried to charge us an upgrade for a change of room. They only decided to comp it when I said they had misrepresented their junior suite with wrong photos on the Booking.com website. The other staff were lovely but this first encounter with a “welcome staff” who showed us our room ruined our stay.
