Die Lage war super, Personal war bemüht und freundlich

Zimmer hat stark nach Abfluss gerochen , nicht richtig sauber . Die ganze Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück fühlt man sich wie in einer Flughafenhalle. In keiner Welt sind dies 5 Sterne … und Spa war nichts…

Unser Aufenthalt war ein rundum tolles Erlebnis. Die ganze Familie war sehr zufrieden und alles perfekt durchorganisiert und gelaufen.

הזמנו טיפול זוגי בספא פעמיים,חבל שאתם צוחקים על הלקוחות שלכם ומזלזלים בהם,הלקוחות שמפרנסים אותכם,לא משנה כמה אתם גדולים אל תזלזלו בלקוח הקטן. אני הולך לרשום פוסט ציבורי בנושא ולספר את גודל הזלזול והצחוק שעושים מלקוח. נפגשנו עם מנהל ששיקר אותנו, צחק עלינו הבטיח לתקן את הטעות ולא עשה את תפקידו בקבוק יין ופירות לא פתרון.כשחזרנו אליו פעם שנייה נאמר לנו שהוא עסוק ולא נמצא במלון,עלינו לקומה 10 במעלית פתאום הוא נכנס למעלית . למה ככה לשקר?? אתם הורסים לעצמכם..חבל.. בספטמבר אנחנו עוד פעם במונטנגרו והרסתם לעצמכם. הזמנה אני יעשה במלון ריג׳נט ולא אצלכם

Frühstück und die Lage waren sehr gut

Hatten das Zimmer 631. Rechts daneben war ein Fahrstuhl und direkt daneben ein Housekeeping Lager. Jeden Morgen ca 6 / 7 Uhr konnte man das öffnen und knallen der Tür hören. Dadurch wurden wir jeden Morgen geweckt alle samt mit Kindern. Ausschlafen war da nicht möglich. Das Personal am Strand und der Handtuchausgabe könnten freundlicher sein und vor allem ein Lächeln im Gesicht haben.

Breakfast was great! Wide range of high quality facilities with convenient access. Pool was exceptional, beach was ok. Staff was very kind and professional, they catered to every need.

The style/decor of the hotel and rooms was very outdated. The water pressure in the shower was very weak

- СПА великолепный - Завтрак разнообразный, вкусный - Еда в ресторане вкусная - Кровать удобная В целом, все очень понравилось. Цена качество в несезон соответствуют.

- Уборка номера оставляет желать лучшего. Грязная посуда так и стояла, даже после прихода горничной. Пришлось просить убрать. - В номере не хватает чайника и чая. Кофемашина с платными капсулами, конечно, круто, но по вечерам не все пьют кофе. По сервису есть над чем работать.

İngilizce bilen personel çok az ve çalışan garsonlar çok kaba lobi de bulanan barda eşime ve kendime kahve ve tatlı söyledim fakat garson bağırarak sipariş aldı ve getirdiği kahveler masaya vurarak servis etti yemekler ise berbattı herşey soğuk ve lezzetsiz odada bulunan su bile para ile idi bu Türklere yaklaşımları çok kaba ve itici birdahaki ziyaretimde asla tavsiye etmem

Good facilities and decent food

Rooms not well cleaned - glasses and coffee cups left for days, pool area not clean. Staff were nice and worked well individually but did not know what to do or how to work as a team to help guests. A lot of computer says no or go and speak to someone else

not new rooms, rather dirty, the sheets have stains on it. The hotel needs renovation.

way too overpriced for some things, first hotel i've ever been to that charges for coffee in the room. that nickle and diming is too much. the door to the room was super thin so all the noise from the halll

This was our 7th stay in a Splendid hotel - beautiful location - high level hygiene, it's extremely clean everywhere - beautiful beach - huge thanks to Nemanja, Milica and Stasha from the kids club, they are wonderful team!

Our reservation on booking.com was for room with a POOL view. We got room 303 which is at the end of the hallway and has a SIDE sea view... isolated and distant from all hotel content... Reception girl Ana was very rude and unprofessional, she wouldn't want to check for another room and she didn't want to change our room for which we have a reservation, convincing us that we have received a room with sea view! I know very well what's room with sea view in hotel Splendid because I stayed in that type of room a few times. Our children wanted a room with pool view and didn't get it! Very unprofessional approach on your side this time, you should be consistent with the bookings made by customers.

We had a fantastic weekend at Splendid hotel! First of all a huge thank you to a nice lady Ana at reception desk who warmly welcomed us and did her best to make our stay as comfortable as it could be. This is a very important aspect in any hotel since it sets the ton for your further stay!:) The hotel itself is perfect for families: spacious spa with several heated pools, the water temperature was so comfortable and you never worry that your child will get cold or will overheat. Another huge plus is the kids club right next to the open hotel pool area with a very nice and professional lady Milica who will take care of your kids and you can leave them not worrying that they will be bored or in danger. She is a true professional and loves kids with all her heart. Breakfast and dinner (buffet principle) was nice too, you and your kids won’t leave hungry:) even if you’re vegan or have limited products allowed to eat because of allergy.

They only recommendation we would kindly advice is putting blackout curtains in the room, especially for the rooms with sun side since the current ones are not really making darkness and it becomes really crucial when staying with babies for their good sleep so that the parents can finally enjoy a well-deserved rest after busy days:)

Rooms were comfortable, most staff were good and helpful. Nice breakfast. Very nice hotel overall.

Some reception staff made us feel a bit uncomfortable by staring at us when we were in reception waiting to leave, it was a bit awkward. No hot jacuzzi or swimming pool in the downstairs area available to use, only the cooler one. On our last night, children were allowed to use the adults only pool area and it became crowded, loud and not controlled well. Also lacked the availability of a kettle to use in our room at night.
