Ein wunderbares Hotel mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Direkt am Meer gelegen, nur wenige Geh-Minuten entfernt. Zimmer mit Balkon und teilweise Meeresblich. Ansonsten Palmen und Berge. Zusatzeinrichtungen, Massage, Kosmetik, Fitness. In jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen!

Das Frühstück war etwas eintönig, was die Auswahl anbelangt. Die Säfte schmeckten ziemlich künstlich.

Location was good, large room with a comfortable bathroom.

Where to begin! Not a 4 star quality service at all. Staff are so unwelcoming, with a minimum service. So many things in the room was not working(lights switches, safe, balcony door). We had a kitchen but no plates, glasses, cutlery..nothing. We called restaurant and asked for coffee cups and they refused to bring them and we had to come down and take them ourselves. For the price they are charging per night does not meet the quality of service and facilities we expected.

Very clean and modern looking hotel and rooms. Self serve breakfast included. View from the room is very nice and in front of building is a walking street, lit at night. I liked this hotel. Good value in my opinion.

Breakfast table cleared from dishes but not cleaned. At check in reception desk didn't give any words about restaurant, pool, Wi-Fi or the usual, had to ask for everything. Pedestrian access from beach side unclear, found most doors closed. I went to a restaurant on the beach walk, so this was the logical way back to the hotel. Seaview rooms above restaurant, music is a little loud but stopped around 22.00.

Great for a short visit of the town. Helpful staff and comfortable stay. Breakfast was also very good.

I paid for a sea view room, but I’ve receive a wall view room (see photo). Also, the spa facility (sauna) should be opened until 21:00, but it was cold and I didn’t find the responsible personel since 20:00. When he finally came to spa area (20:35), he told me that there’s no point starting the sauna at that moment.

Upon arrival, which was late at night there was no refreshments available. It advertised that the Lobby bar would be open but it did not open at all during our stay. Upon getting into our room a dirty wet towel was left on the bathroom floor. The air conditioning in the room was not effective and water from the unit dripped through the ceiling most nights, making the carpet wet.Some nights were worse than others. It was reported at least twice. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. I cannot recall reading that only water,and hot drinks were available with the evening meal and the machine which dispensed the drinks had all options apart from water blanked off. No other cold beverages were offered. No ATM was beside the hotel as stated. On the day of departure I received a call from reception at around 11.30 telling me that checkout was at 11.00am when it clearly states in the Information book that checkout is 12.00 am . I mentioned this at the service desk and was told that management had changed. The info should be updated. I requested a meeting with their advertising rep but this amounted to nothing.
