Un personnel très accueillant et sympathique, une chambre tout le temps propre et bien nettoyée. L’hôtel est très propre un général.

Les informations sont mal indiquées sur le site (aucun signalement sur la piscine en travaux), un manque de choix dans le restaurant et dans le bar.

Room service and calm room

The swimming pool lacks proper equipment and relies on manual cleaning mechanisms. It resembles a stagnant lagoon, posing potential risks to swimmers. There is a need to enhance the pool by incorporating advanced technology for effective water filtration. The parking area is poorly chosen.

The staff is amazing and friendly specially fatimzahra and mehdi in the reception are amazing .

Guy in bar cheating Guy work in receptions at night he think am drunk i give him 600 he said only 60 drhms Taxi not coming to place and by phone he take me and not on the counter for meter and ask for hug money.

Quiet area far from the busy and crowded medina and Gueliz. nice swimming pool. Decent staff service. Food and drinks prices are reasonable.

AC didn't work and they couldn't do anything about it. Difficult to get your call answered as they only have one person in the front desk.

it was a really a bad experience, the rooms are so damn old and needs renovation, the bathrooms are so small the water leaks out to the room, there is no amenities in any of them, the breakfast is filled with ants in tissue paper and honey and jam, the AC was not working for 4 days straight, the staff at night where very unprofessional!

It’s all started from a terrible receptionist during check-in. He was busy with money counting and he didn’t like we were to interrupt him. Sorry to disturb you. Second he was not pleasant at all. All questions we have asked he aimed through the teeth. On the second day we asked for an iron. They didn’t manage to find an iron for 1,5 hours. I had to go down to reception to remember about our need. That didn’t help. Ok. We asked to find an iron and leave at our room. Didn’t help. We didn’t get an iron at all. Common, guys, you are a hotel from an Accor chain! Please go and buy couple of irons!!! Why do I have to go three-four times and ask for it? The next thing is cleanliness. There were dirty spots on the sheets. Look out for the pictures. Terrible, just terrible. It’s not the level of IBIS hotel at all. I hope smb from IBIS will read it and will initiate a service check. This hotel doesn’t deserve being IBIS.

Not much to be honest.

Bed was very uncomfortable. very noisy room next the main road. Breakfast was very minimal and it’s located very quite far from the city centre.

The room was ok as expected at the Ibis. Breakfast was acceptable.

I could get only limited channels on the TV. No instructions how to operate. Hot water seemed to be in short supply.. I had dinner there the meal was awful, the entrecote steak was inedible. Not fit for animals. The menu said Legumes (vegetables) but consisted ofa very small piece of lettuce and one sliced of tomato. I compllained to the waiter and at reception and they seem incapable and untrained to deal with complaints. All they said was sorry and continued to chrge me the full amount. No customer service
