The bed was wonderful.

Carpet filthy.in bedroom.. Bathroom tired. Staff generally low.

Easy to park.

The rooms were tired and not clean, cold and the bedding was dirty. Food in the restaurant was not of good quality and whilst dining we constantly had cigarette smoke coming in as many people were smoking right outside the doors to the restaurant.

Didn't have breakfast thought that was up too expensive

In the restaurant and my chair broke and I didn't get an apology they just made a joke they didn't really help me or ask me if I have hurt myself.

The location is great as is the food and service in the pub.

The room I was in was tired and dirty. The bathroom had a broken sink that was dirty and there were marks in the toilet and sink from the last occupant!

Super comfortable bed, lovely room. Attached to a really cool pub, which had an awesome band playing on the evening of our stay (a Saturday night). Wouldn't have been great if we'd been hoping for an early night but we adopted the 'if you can't beat them, join them' approach & had a great time! Breakfast was surprisingly good for the price.

As others have mentioned, the bathroom was a little tired. One of the staff at breakfast was offhand almost to the point of rudeness but the rest of the staff made up for it!

Good size room. Comfy bed. Lovely toiletries for use. Nice to have a bath and shower. Iron and ironing board great when travelling for work. Coffee machine nice option.

My room looked out onto the outdoor seating area from the bar/restaurant so had to keep the curtains closed. Noise from people sitting outside until the bar closed. Lighting not great in the bedroom. Surfaces, lamps, telephone, coffee machine panelling behind bed all quite dusty.

The breakfast menu was fantastic. We had plenty choices and there was an abundance of fruit and juice available. The bread was artisan and delicious. We had a cooked breakfast which was very well cooked and presented. Everything was great thanks

Leaving to come home. All good things come to an end. We had a lovely time. Our hosts were so lovely and the rest of the staff delightful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good location for Heathrow. Affordable. More than sufficient parking off-street.

Shower was weak but only a minor problem.

It was a good size room, good temperature with adjustable heat. The bed was huge and comfortable as were the pillows. I was unable to work the bedside lamp and the staff were helpful and responsive,

The bedside table on my side was located on the other side of the room! It was really inconvenient and unusable. The bathroom has a terrible drain smell. My son and wife had a room on the opposite side and their was perfect . The hairdryer stopped working after 1 minute and got very hot. I was forced to borrow the one from the other room.it also got hot and turned off but I could at least finish drying my hair

Lovely bar and restaurant with good food and very friendly staff. Nice room, very comfortable bed.
