Very accessible to Paddington station. It's nearby or the centre of attractions. Pleasing staff and they upgraded us to an executive suite. They even accommodated our luggages for a few hours when we had to go around and check out some things while waiting to be boarded to our flight home.

There was construction at the time we arrived (Feb 13-Feb 15,2024) the entire entrance was almost blocked and very hard to access with our luggages that is was a challenge for us. A ramp or a sign could be helpful for people checking in, I don't know if they have control of it or was the city but it was a disaster. Also the breakfast buffet could be served more food on the tables. Felt it was inadequate as compared to other hotels that we checked in. The waiter was nice, but I felt I was asking too much whenever I asked for eggs or other foods to be served. Not sure if they are trying to hold preparing food for budget or what not. There is also one card key allowed, which if you use the gym, fitness centre, you have to request access again, that disables the other card. Lastly the A/C was quite noisy and we don't seem to quite get how to operate it properly.

small, old, there was an alarm ringing in the morning for no specific reason and no notification, elevator did not work at the time of arrival so we need to use stairs.

The price for the ridiculous small “double room”. Was absolutely not a double- it was a small double bed in a single room. The blind was broken The hair dryer didn’t work The bed side lamp didn’t work The sink was blocked and nearly flooded There was no hot water

Location right next to Paddington station and reception staff were very nice , also helped when I requested a late check out.

Underwhelmed by the actual room, rated 4 stars which it isn’t ! Booking.Com stated I had been upgraded , which the staff knew nothing about ( false advertising by Booking.Com) regardless if was the upgraded room I’d hate to see what the original room looked like !

It's near the Paddington train station. The staff is very friendly, and they gave us a free upgraded room.

The left is too small and takes time to work. My understanding is that it is an old machine that needs to be replaced.

Had two standard room booked but was provided with small room instead. After discussing the issue one room was changed to the standard room the other accepted as it was since only one person was staying in it. New standard room provided had no deposit box and no wardrobe just a hangar

Very convenient, it’s near the Paddington Station thru train and bus stops as well. There is an elevator if needed. A wide variety of restaurants in front of the hotel.

The room is small than what is expected. A little space if you have a lot of luggage or even huge one.

Standard double a bit cramped and too hot. Breakfast very average and luke warm.

Inititially they could not find my booking. Allowed an early check-in. The room faced a construction site and Paddington station so it was not a quiet room. It did not bother me though. Room is small and the first room did not have a chair for the desk. I did not think to ask for one, the second room did have a chair. The free biscuit / cookies, water and Coke were a nice touch. Shower was excellent. I changed rooms as a result of extending my stay.
