No WIFI in our rooms. Me and my family had room next to each other and both very poor signal. No food room service after 9pm. Basically kitchen closed at 9pm which is very poor for a hotel. You can’t buy coffee before 7.30 am when they are opening for breakfast. It should be available like in most of the hotels around the world

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt gegenüber vom Hafen. Der Pool und Spabereich ist gut.

Es ist alles, bis auf den Spabereich, sehr in die Jahre gekommen und knirscht. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche sollten mal dringend in neue ausgetauscht werden. Das Parken, nicht mal direkt beim Hotel, muss mit 20 £ / Nacht extra bezahlt werden.

Great location. Large, clean rooms. Comfortable bed with good linen. Staff friendly. Cooked breakfast good.

Additional £20 per night charged for parking. Rusty bin in bathroom. Hotel had low occupation (we stayed early July) but there were plenty of staff working each shift and whilst friendly they didn't appear to be well trained. Waiter couldn't tell us what veg came with what main course we ordered. We were kept waiting to be seated each morning for breakfast for no reason and when we were seated it was at a table occupied by someone else. Many of the seats were stained. The continental breakfast selection was sparse. The bar was empty at night and we may have been the only guests in there drinking but the lights were just turned out and the staff left without any acknowledgement that we were still sitting there. On the day of departure we were locked out of our rooms an hour before the official departure time. We called room service on at least two occasions and nobody answered. Flat batteries in remote controls. These are all minor observations rather than complaints (the service was so poor/awkward at times it made us laugh) but it would be easy to put all of these things right which in turn would make quite a difference to the overall experience.

Hotel location, friendly staff, bar/lounge area with views over the lake, large size of bedroom, excellent breakfast, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

No air conditioning so had to leave bedroom windows open and could hear some street noise.

We loved the breakfast and room and location

There was no hot water for showers and expensive hotel
