Breakfast choice and quality

Breakfast could have been hotter. Location excellent.

Duver cover torn at one corner. Dirty ashtray full of cigarette buts left on the window ledge outside. Patio area needed brushing.

location was very good - short walk into town

The room was sooooooo hot. We turned the radiators off and slept with the window open, but the bathroom radiator wouldn't turn off and also burns your leg if you try sitting on the toilet. They use a paper-based system for everything, so nothing is a quick press of a button to manage and everything seemed a bit much like hard work for the staff there. Breakfast was also not what we were expecting from other reviews - perhaps our expectations were too high, but I've have preferred not to book it and have spent the money in town

Good location, good clean tidy rooms, very comfortable large bed, friendly staff, great breakfast, on site parking next to your room, 5 minute walk to lake windimere

The hotel was well located for local facilities. Everything was very clean. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful.

I really enjoyed with all the experience from the friendly staff to the beautiful room .. I would definitely come back to this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻
