I like the staff members

There was a lot of dust on the floor and sofa, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. When I turned on the TV, it hadn't been reset; someone else's profile was open, and adult content had been searched. I came back at mid night and had to clean the area again to make it suitable for sleeping.

Another great stay at Q1. Amazing view from window, loved having coffee at outdoor table (inside) looking down the coast. Great location, easy walk to everything including tram stop. Great staff at checkin.

The view from Q1 Gold Coast is great, offering stunning vistas of the ocean, cityscape and mountains. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, made for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, situated close to the beach, shops, and dining options. Definitely recommended for a Gold Coast experience!

The breakfast options at SkyPoint were average. While the view is fantastic, the food selection was limited and lacked variety. The quality was decent, but nothing stood out. Not worth the money.. probably better too have had brekky in our apartment.

Great location, very spacious.

The $500 taken on my credit card. We checked out on Monday and it is now Friday and I still have not got it back. It would be easier to charge me then do a refund. Other places take $1 and if any damage they can increase it. You have my CC details.

Cleanliness and spacious of the room, the view in front of surfers paradise was amazing . Quite and not crowded.. friendly and approachable staffs. Walking distance to the shops, beach , restaurant and even trams station.

Great value and great location

It was a great weekend away ! Staff are very friendly and accomodating ! Not too far from the main strip everything was about a 10 min walk, very close to the beach and some nice restaurants around.

The beds are ok , the pillows were to high and I didn’t get a good nights sleep the first night. The beds are very springy.

The view was amazing and the size of the apartment was amazing

The location was close to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful bathtub, very spacious, huge TV.

Disappointed for what I expected of Q1. Very noisy, rooms aren't insulated from the night noises. No power in bathrooms so couldn't use hair straightener near a mirror. Frying pan handle was really wobbly, could do with a bit of general maintenance. Some curtain hooks missing, and no option for sheer curtains. Block out curtains only, so couldn't have any natural light unless fully open. Only the indoor pool is heated, burnt my eyes in the chlorine level so had to get put after 5 mins.

We loved the location, opposite Surfers paradise g link. View was amazing! 39th floor ocean views. Only issue was air con kept turning off during the night and sun came directly into window each morning at 6am. Room very hot in mornings. Fantastic to have lots of restaurants close by. Central location so no need for a hire car if you are staying central. Washing machine and dryer handy.

Bed were too soft and need to be upgraded. Only one sachet of dishwasher powder and 2 of washing powder.

We loved everything we had the celebrity suite and it was the most amazing stay we have ever experienced wow it was so breathtaking and I recommend it to anyone we absolutely loved it as did our kids the view was to die for and we will definitely be back to stay again real soon but only this time it will be longer as I have terminal cancer with 3 months to live so I'm live n it and to go stay somewhere so extremely beautiful was something I will never forget it was totally breathtaking and I can't wait to come back thank u so very much
