Recomendo fazer o tour que oferecem no hotel, pois mostra que você está hospedado em um local que fez parte da história da cidade e cultura Inca.

The location and room was great. Enjoyed the baby alpaca each morning. The staff was helpful with tours. Goyo was exceptional each day as well as Juan, the waiter, in the mornings. We really enjoyed the harp.

Cooling down the room was difficult.

Nos hospedarmos no Palácio Del Inka influenciou muito (e positivamente) nossa experiência em Cuzco. A estrutura do hotel e o design combinando antigas construções inkas e coloniais criam um ambiente muito especial e refinado. O projeto de restauração mantendo objetos e estilos originais são impecáveis. Quartos extremamente confortáveis, staff educado e atencioso, café da manhã delicioso com vista para o terraço, tour histórico no hotel, cerimônia inka… enfim, uma experiência de luxo que respeita e valoriza a tradição da cidade. Amamos e recomendamos muito o hotel, especialmente para quem espera que a hospedagem faça parte da experiência em Cuzco. Vale o investimento!

Hotel is in a historic building, it has an old Inka atmosphere. Convenience location.

Facility is outdated. The phone is not even working in the room. Some of the front desk staff are not friendly, not willing to help. Some of them not speak good English. The check out statement is not in English. I asked about the English statement since I can't read Spanish, the front desk staff told me it is impossible to have it at my check out, but they can email me the English vison. However The one I got still in Spanish. It is ridiculous. Is this a 5 star Marriott hotel? I can't believe it. I think the hotel is over priced overall as 5 start hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous. The historic aspects were wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite which was spectacular and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is generous and delicious. We also went to the spa for the water circuit and massage treatments and it was relaxing and a great experience. We also received upgrade/ bonus at the spa. The ladies at the spa are kind and helpful and the service was fantastic. We took advantage and joined the hotel historical tour part way through. We also loved the pisco sour class and Darwin was great. We had arrived at this luxury hotel after a 4 day Inca trek and it was everything we hoped for and more.

Bar and restaurant at hotels closes at 10 pm. It would be nice if it was open until a bit later.

Beautiful, historic & spacious building. Stayed 8 nights altogether, before and afteer a trek. Staff were welcoming and most knew my name. Daily tours of the building. Great service, amazing buffet breakfast and very comfortable accommodation

First check out was a bit messay although it was 3.45 am. I was invoiced the wrong amount which had to be refunded and recharged

I have left my branded sunglasses in the room at the time of the check out and I’m very sure about it … I called and I even came back to search it’s and they said we didn’t find it’s so sad how you cannot trust a 5* hotel for your belongings…. the spa is so bad I have paid 250$ for full package spa 80min massage and facial … I can say none of them was satisfying the massage I give 2 from 10 facial was not anything close to facial it was about putting creams and removing cream to put another one …which was very annoying for me …the massage room was too cold and they didn’t prepare the sauna as promised when I booked … the hotel management showed the interest about my complaint and they called me to apologize and they offered a full refundable for what I paid … I have asked them while check out to send email regarding the refundable and nothing happened I didn’t receive the email neither the refund in my bank … so disappointed for this fake promise ,specially that I didn’t ask for it in the first place it was there suggestion …

It was a big pleasure to celebrate our anniversary here. The location, the food, the service and the staff - everything was great!

Amazing stay in Cusco. Close to historic church. Excellent room structures, bright, very comfy bed and linen. All service was exceptional from check-in to out. Superbly decorated hotel. Excellent tasty dinner, bar and breakfast. Make a memorable one in my Peru trip. Bonus, love that city view from my room that would be able to see a huge sign on the mountain "Viva El Peru".

Pricey that came with extraordinary services.
