The hotel is excellent, but most importantly the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful - it was really like that expression "home away from home" - only in this case it was 100% true.

nos voisins de chambre ont été trop bruyants, jusqu' à 2h du matin et à leur départ à 6H30, malgré les interventions du personnel de l'hotel. Du coup, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier l'hotel à sa juste valeur et nous a gâché le séjour.

Stayed fpr 3 nights in 3 different rooms including the camper outside and loved everything about thenstay! From the friendly staff to the tasty candies they have at the reception, very well located in a beautiful street that has tone of the best restaurants in brussels to a super market and a night market as well. We were supposed tonspend one night inly we ended up spending more time thanks brussels

Quaint, small hotel that has around 6 or 8 rooms on five floors, with a very small lift and higgledy stairs between each level. However, it is refurbished to a modern stylish design and is exceptionally clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, like a family run small hotel in the middle of Brussels. Very good value for money too

I would definitely not suggest this hotel for many reasons. First of all the heating was centrally controlled and there was no option to adjust it by yourself. No one informed us about it and we found out by ourselves by repeatedly asking the staff. One morning there was no hot water in the room and their explanation was that they checked and the water is hot enough for them. The staff was not well trained and professional. They were unable to reply to basic questions about how the hotel is operating regarding above mentioned problems about heating and hot water. We did not expect experiencing such problems during our stay in a hotel with such score in Booking.

Everythging was great, the staff super nice, they checked me in earlier. Loved the vintage style on the rooms, and the location is aweosome.

The interior design is lovely, friendly and attentive staff, wonderful continental buffet breakfast, clean rooms with working kettle plus tea/ coffee, as well as Nuxe shower and hand gel, which was a nice touch. Thank you so much for your hospitality - we will be back! I think Vintage Hotel if perfect for both leisure and business, we really enjoyed our stay (the day and night staff really made it a great experience - many thanks to them).

To be able to control the central heating... the room was hot! However, most people would probably appreciate this in cold rainy Brussels :) I found the room rate a little on the high side, however we were staying over Christmas/ NY which is a busy time and Brussels in general is an expensive European city, so I guess the rate reflects this.
