Dans le centre-ville, tout se fait à pied. Personnel sympathique.

Very central, good rooms,breakfast and a tv we could use! Great hairdryer too.

There were no voiles at the window and we were overlooked so had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time( which were blackout). Wasn’t keen on blue ceiling either.

Il manque juste quelques étagères pour y mettre ses vêtements mais ce n’est qu’un détail sinon RAS

Le petit déjeuner était parfait, très varié. L’emplacement excellent, transport en commun à proximité, restos aussi et lieux touristiques.

Location is great. Close to the center. Breakfast was small but had everything.

For the last 20 years, me and my partner have been in a lot of countries and, you can imagine, lots of hotels. This hotel in Oslo, to our huge surprise, is the only untrusty one we have encountered during all our trips on 6 continents. We forgot a bag with shoes in our room when we checked out. Few hours after our check-out we contacted the property, via booking messages, numerous calls, email exchanges in order to get info how to retrieve our bag. Impossible communication with the hotel, unprofessional and sad behavior. They do not care if you forget something. Yes, it is only shoes one might say, but the profound unwillingness to help an ex-customer (never again a customer of this hotel), was astonishing. To the futur customers - do not forget anything in your room, as you will never get back what you lost. We are disappointed in the staff. And yet, we wish them all the best.

Standardhotel ohne viel Komfort. Frühstück gut. Lage ca. 400 m bis zum Hafen und der Festung.

Die Parkmöglichkeit in Oslo ist schwierig. Das nächste Parkhaus liegt ca. 500 m vom Hotel entfernt.

Location and cleanness. Also, maybe we were just lucky, but I didn't hear neighbors at all - it was a very quiet stay. All room facilities were working as expected.

The only thing I found inconvenient was the shower. It required 2 days to learn how to use it without flooding the floor.
