Staying at aperto suites made our time in Santorini! It was the most exceptional location, facilities and staff we could have hoped for and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely everything. The location, the view, the room, everything was magical. I would especially like to thank Athena & Christos for their hospitality. The bottle of wine in the suite for my birthday was very sweet and I really appreciate the extra effort to make it special. Thank you Christos for carrying our luggage, what a superstar!

The best view of sunset on the island. Brilliant location in a quiet but central part of the town. very close to the bus station and easy to walk from, to explore Fira, Firostefani & Imerovigli. the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very kind and friendly.

Only 3 jets in the whirlpool tub worked and the water temperature was too cold.

terrible service: before to arrive I wrote to the hotel that it was my partner’s birthday stay but nothing was done, even any word, nothing of nothing! very noisy room next to the kitchen and housekeeping room, forget to sleep after 7 am! we complained to the reception but she propose to change the room for 50€ more! ( ok, better room but we had a issue caused because of you and I also need to pay other money!) the last day my partner was sick and I ask for a late check out , we had to leave the room in 20 minutes because they did not allow it even for money, even for 1 hour, nothing! i work in hospitality and I know how to treat the people, this service is not hotellerie but steal the people money

The views from our patio was simply amazing! The room was nice and clean, no issues at all there. We really enjoyed the custom breakfast they delivered to us every morning. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and suggested several restaurants to check out and even made a reservation for us.

I wish there was more privacy on the patio because we had people above us and beside us lurking over taking photos.

It's all about the view in Santorini and Apart Suites had an incredible view. The breakfast was awesome every morning. We used the jacuzzi a fair amount. Christine at reception was awesome in helping us book a catamaran cruise and suggestions on food etc.

The stairs were a workout every day. Coming down no problem but going up was a real work out :) Wear comfy shoes to get around.

Aperto Suites is a boutique hotel with stunning views of the caldera. It features 7 suites, 4 of which have terraces and jacuzzi pools directly out your door. Two of the suites are traditional cave rooms with indoor jacuzzi tubs, but without a direct view of the water. These suites has a private terrace up a couple of flights of stairs. The last suite has views of the water, however, the jacuzzi and terrace are located above the suite requiring climbing of stairs. The "honeymoon" suite is located at the top of the property and offers the best views. A picture of it recently came up on an ad to follow ThisEarthBeauty Instagram in our Facebook feed. We stayed in this suite which is built into the side of the hill and is open and spacious. Christine and the staff are very helpful. We unfortunately arrived in the wee hours of the morning due to flight delays so Christos was not available to bring our luggage down. He did however bring it all the way up the stairs and out to the street on our departure. Christine stayed up till nearly 3am to greet us and get us checked in. She was always available via text/Whatsapp and arranged transportation to/from airport, to restaurants, and other parts of the island. She also arranged dinner reservations on one evening. The staff was always very responsive to our requests. We needed beach towels for a trip to Elafonissi and they were delivered to us within 15 mins. And when we wanted the temperature of the jacuzzi to be warmer, it happened in under 5 mins. They were also able to provide us with ice each evening at our request. One of the best parts of staying at this location is having breakfast delivered to your terrace each morning. You select the items you would like for breakfast and the delivery time the night before and Christos delivers it promptly to your terrace in the morning. Wonderful experience sipping our coffee and dining with the spectacular views of the island.

As with most Santorini hotels with great views, there will be steps to go up and down. That might not work for some people so be aware.

The hotel is nicely situated on the hill with the caldera view and each room has its own jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent and served on time, transfer to the hotel and to the airport was very well organised. Perfect help was provided for my luggage

It was not really quiet and I had a room directly at the little walking path . People were passing next to me while I was sitting at my table or using the jacuzzi

Stinked of chorline. no window in room . Not fully cleaned after last user - half frank bottle water still there. Did not refresh room when out for the day. Had to but my own shampoo etc for day two.

Loved everything about this stay! We had the honeymoon suite and it lived up to every expectation we had. Christine and all the staff make you feel so welcomed and the breakfast is amazing. 10/10 service and a stay we will remember for the rest of our lives.

We liked a lot the location and the astonishing view from our room veranda! The breakfast was excellent. The staff (Christina and Christos) was very friendly, hospital and helpful by all means.

The room was not ventilated properly. Mattress sheets were not clean enough from the laundry. The Jacuzzi of the External Bath Tub was out of order. Our room was No 4. In all other rooms, jacuzzi was functioning normally.

Christine at the front desk was absolutely amazing. she helped me pick up my car, gave really good tips/advice and made sure our stay was comfortable and eventful. She was fantastic!!!

Amazing boutique hotel right on the Caldera side with fantastic views from the Patios. The rooms were well sized with a private plunge pool and everything in Fira was walking distance.
