the location was fabulous, the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The property was very clean.

The cheerful staff was very attentive and helpful with making reservations for activities, scheduling airport transfers & ordering food for delivery; the facilities are aesthetically pleasing - the location is stunning; and the breakfast delivered to our room each day was outstanding - always delivered with a smile!

The lack of privacy with the room (other guests walking right past the patio and hot tub) was disappointing; the “hot tub” was not really “hot” the whole time even though the staff made attempts to turn up the heat.

The view of our Honeymoon Suite as amazing! We loved the in-room breakfast every day and the hot tub was a real plus as we used it daily. March was a bit cold, so having the hot tub was amazing. Traveling during the low season was amazing!

Rooms can be bigger

Everything was good at this hotel. The service is not available round the clock so beware. You have to go too many stairs down from the main road so it is hard if you are with a kid. Even if alone, it is hard to do rounds time and again. So you better stay at the property and just enjoy the same view.

This was our first trip to Santorini and before our trip the staff was already amazing when I reached out to ensure everything was ready for us. From the moment we arrived, they had transportation ready for us at the airport, immediately when we got to the hotel area, a staff member offered to take our luggages as we all walked down the stairs and the check in process was seamless. We stayed at a honeymoon suite and it was perfect. The view was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We got eloped at the hotel and the manager and owner had everything very well organized and was with us all day! Overall the experience was amazing and it made leaving a bit hard for us because it was such a great experience and stay. We highly recommended this beautiful hotel!

The Royal Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub and Caldera View was the nicest hotel property we have ever stayed at. It was spacious and clean, with an expansive living room, formal dining area, two master bedrooms with bath, a 3rd full bathroom off the living area, and the private patio with multiple hot tubs right on the edge of the caldera, sunset views, fantastic included breakfast delivered to our room in the morning, baggage assistance getting our luggage down to our room from the “top,” it was all fantastic and worthy of the hype.

Our one complaint would be around the restaurant / room service. The food itself was great, but expect to wait between 60-90 minutes after your order. Apparently there is one chef working to serve the entire hotel of guests. For one dinner, after our 70 minute wait, the food was delivered and the employee who took the order apparently missed writing down one of our entrees. We were told if we wanted it, it would be another 60min+ since there were other orders being worked on. Employee was pretty firm about their not being able to add ours in even tho it was missed, so we shared the food that did come instead.

excellent location with amazing caldera view. It is located in heart of Fira even during off season, you will not feel bored.

property is overpriced and It’s definitely not a 5 star. the restaurant can improve in number of items in menu. Also, I felt the property can increase number of staff as the services were attimes very slow. Sometimes the front desk male attendant in the evening sounded little annoyed.

Great location. Walking distance from Fira city centre, bus station and everything. The Black rock suite was amazing with sunset views from the suite and Hot water jacuzzi area. It had a sun bathing bed to rest on right next to the pool. The staff is very cordial and helpful. As we were checking out very early morning so they provided a breakfast bag to have something to eat on the way or at the airport. A nice complimentary bottle of wine was provided to us on check in I got a flower petal,candles and champagne decoration done as a surprise for my wife which was really amazingly done by the staff.
