Lovely balcony to view the Matterhorn. The room was comfortable, including a coffee maker. We loved having fondue delivered.to our room for us to eat on the balcony

Breakfast was great to everyone’s taste, prepared to order so fresh and no queuing for a buffet! The choices ranged from health to extravagant with fluffy American pancakes or healthy avocado on toast. The hotel feels more like being in a chalet than a hotel . It’s cosy and comfortable. We played card in the evening while sipping drinks. Or sat around the fireplace in the afternoon drinking hot chocolate after skiing.Just perfect for a romantic or a family ( adults only) holiday🤗

The staff at Zermama were amazing. So helpful and willing to accommodate any request. Thank you Andrea and team, you made the holiday so wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, directly opposite the Sunnega funicular (which gives you access to all 3 ski areas of Zermatt). The ski locker room is fantastic - modern and super clean (the tissues and sweets are a nice little addition).

Hygiene was poor both in bedrooms and restaurant. So bad that we encountered food poisoning from 2nd night stay that completely destroyed our plans on 3rd day as we were both bed ridden. Toiletries for cleaning were not even replaced each day we were using soap, body wash and body lotions from day 1 which were tiny bottles - this is another aspect that reduces hygiene. To Sum - up alot of attention is needed in restaurant and each time we were in the hotel restaurant the waitresses will miss an order. Considering our stay each night was very expensive it just did not match quality and hygiene expected from our stay

The service was superb, especially by Margarida, who checked us in. The facilities along with the fantastic view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was amazing.

The shower room was a bit small.

1. Superior attention to details 2. Very interesting concept with inviting F1 trainer 3. The room smells like natural wood sauna - you want to stay there forever 😀 4. Everything is soft-close. Literally everything - all closet doors, dresser shelves, toilet seats. 5. Bed is comfy, pillow feels like a heaven 6. Oustanding service
