Location was good for the station and city; WiFi; Staff very friendly

Air con could have been better

Very nice people working there and location was perfect - close to the train station and not far away from the city centre. Quiet area. Good value for money.

we arrived at 5 am and were able to stay in the comfy living room area until shops and caffes opened since check in was later in the day - at 2 pm. We were also able to leave our luggage in the deposit room for free, as well as to stay again in the living room area after check out until leaving Verona. Receptionists were all super nice and breakfast was great! :)

pillows were a bit thinner than what we usually sleep on. extra blanket would be nice in winter weather - the one we had was light for overnight temperatures.

Room was perfect, warm and very clean.

Maybe more smiles from some of the staff.

Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fresh items.

The only thing i didnt liked is that room is definetly not the one from the picture, it was very small , tiles on the floor not a carpet the no suitable sheets

Friendly and gracious staff. Decent breakfast. The location is excellent, walking proximity of the train station and city centre. There is a nearby grocery store. The room was very clean with one exception as described under cons

Room was very noise from 1) the German bar/restaurant on the street and 2) thin walls - I could hear other guests urinating and defecating, every toilet flush, and their phone alarms were so clear I thought it was in my own room. The shower curtain bottom half is dirty and mildew, I did not shower because I didn't want the shower curtain to touch me. Room was not as updated as in the photo with the purple bedcover. Pillows were very flat and hard. Altogether it is good for a night if you just need somewhere to sleep (if you are a heavy sleeper or just very exhausted) which is why anyone books a budget hotel.

the staff at breakfast were challenging, taking food off my plate telling me i could not have a gluten free product as the other product on my plate had gluten, if this had been clear on the buffet i would have respected this, i found the approach very rude and not great customer service

The location was great it;s close to station and town as well. Breakfast was good they even gave us a box for the day when we had to leave early.

Room size was good but missing safe , kettle, fridge . The real problem was a constant smell of sewers from the bathroom, which was very unpleasant.

Excellent location close to centre of Verona.

Friendly efficient staff, great location near to stations and short walk to Arena area. Would definitely stay here if visiting Verona again

Location, very close to the city centre,helpful staff. Good for one night.

It depends what room you get. Some rooms are renovated but the one we stayed in wasn't. A lot of dust on the AC (old style) we turned it on and felt we couldn't breath well because of the dust. The lady from the reception cleaned it a bit but we still slept with it off. Also old furniture.
