Parking place for additional price

In general all was fine except the pretty loud noise from outside working non-stop air conditioners. However the staff was very friendly and helpful, they proposed us to move into another room. Since we were stayed just for a one night, we didn’t change the room.

Staff friendly & helpful. Location along the main road close to grocery and nearby simple restaurants. Across the road is tram station to the city. Nearby the airport. Breakfast nicely prepared every morning; good selection.

Simple no frills stay; hotel is a bit dated. Road noise can be can be a bit of disturbance if windows opened.

The room cleaning was unsatisfactory. Housemaid just leave four bottles of water, didn't clean the bed, and even didn't wash the caps. I didn't expected that and it was very unpleasant.

Nothing, never again

We came the hotel at 13:00 after 10 hours flight, when checking in, the reception manager at the counter (viola) wasn't willing to give us the room even there were plenty of clean rooms unless we pay extra for early check in (hotel regulation), I've described her that we need the room only for few hours (long connection) but she insisted not to help, only at 15:00 exactly we could get the room, we stayed in the lobby 2 hours only because of rude behavior, even water wasn't offered (all places were closed because of Sunday) I travel a lot and this is the first time I've encountered such rude & negative behavior from hotel staff Mercure hotels should be shamed to have such staff that behaved like this to customer

The location is really helpful when in need to be close to the airport - even at rush hour you can transfer (in any direction) easily. And I really appreciated the room's cleanliness

The air conditioning system is quite noisy - I had to turn it off during night, so I can sleep. Then, it is capped to 25 degrees and it has been also a bit chilly in the room ...

Good value for money in Warsaw. In general meets expectations as for 3 star hotel.

Narrow entrance to the garage space. If you come with a wider car you might have problems getting there.

Tram station is close and you can hear whrn it starts moving so of you are light sleeper tqke airplugs. Planes i didnt hear.

The rooms were big and quite clean. The couch bed was comfortable for the kids and there was a fridge, waterboiler and free water bottles available. The toilets were also quite big and clean.

The shower curtain, would have preferred a shower cabin. We did not notice anything else unpleasant since we only stayed one night and left early in the morning.
