Heater in the room, the balcony and the view. Towels were included luckily. There was a mini combi oven to heat up store bought food.

Didn't like the facilities. No kettle. Minimum toiletries were provided for 1 day, understandable that it is not a hotel. Room was poorly decorated, fridge was making horrible noises throughout the night. Bed and quilt were noisy. Bathroom has a sliding door that doesn't shut tight, therefore expect bad smells into the room. It is advertised as breakfast included but it's despicable how the breakfast was served. One baguette bread with cheese or ham and either a juice or coffee. None of the restaurant's staff spoke english and they didn't understand what we were asking for. English is not an issue and it is their right to speak in Spanish, but the mannerism was rude. They were complaining that kids had an extra glass of juice when some of us didn't even go there for breakfast. Charged for eating a croissant. Their rules were not clear of what is included and what is not. I didn't have breakfast the second day because of how bad it was but went to there to just have a coffee and was told off that my room already finished it's quota of breakfast. It was a very cheap behaviour. Would never stay there again even if it was free.

it was a great location for the ski lift I to town. it had a balconies by. Great views. in-site restaurant.

The beds made a lot of noise when you moved around. That’s the only bad thing I have to say.

It started dropping water inside the appartment, over our beds at night, forcing us to move the beds around and cover the floor with towels...it seemed it wasn't the first time as the roof had plenty of marks of ongoing problems..don't stay in room 303.

If I have to write something positive then it is about the terrace. It was a large terrace.

If you want to lie awake day and night you should go for this hotel. If you hate your children and if you really want your children not find a night's sleep then you really should go for this hotel. We have had a very bad experience. You book a hotel to sleep, right? There was a lot of night noise every night, until 2-3 o'clock in the morning. And I'm not talking about just talking, this is about shouting, ranting, slamming doors, groups partying in the corridors, on the terraces. The guy and girl from the reception knew this and did nothing about this at all and laughed in our face about this. After a tired day of snowboarding with kids you want to sleep well and this hotel completely took our sleep away from us. Noisecontrol at night should be the number 1 priority for every hotel. When people talk in the corridor, it's like they're in the room with you. If they are in the room next to you, you can also hear them talking very very very well. When someone flushes the toilet, the water runs through the wall past your bed, just wonderful when people go to the toilet 100 times at night. There is a lot of wind coming from below the door and at the bottom of the window of the terrace. We had to put a lot of blankets against it. The WIFI was a joke. We had maybe 10 minutes of internet per day. It kept dropping out. The bathroom was a disaster. On arrival my daughter discovered blood on the outside of the toilet. Disgusting! All the drawers in the bathroom cabinet were dirty. The kitchen is too small to cook properly. The room is also too small to stay for a week with 2 adults and 2 children. There is also no fire alarm in the room, which is mandatory. It is actually irresponsible to stay here. This complex is in urgent need of a renovation. Finally, I would like to add that this hotel is also too far from the elevators.

Great apartment, had everything required for a comfortable stay. Was warm, clean and comfortable, with amazing views :) Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice little flat with a terrace to stay over if you can ski to the end of the road.

Check out was much too early. As always in Spain you cant get your evening meal at a normal time.

NO INTERNET !!!! NO attempt to solve the problem. I booked a one-bedroom apartment and was allocated a studio. For 5 days NObody came to clean the studio.
