The reception staff were friendly & helpful, especially Andrea. The mountain view from our room was exceptional. Nice to have a swimming pool although rather cold. The food was quite good, especially breakfast. Free buses with the visitor pass. Hardworking cleaning staff.

The restaurant manager was extremely rude & unhelpful, we didn't feel comfortable when he was around. I complained at the time but he totally ignored us on his next shift. I don't even know if this was followed up as nothing was mentioned again.One waitress wasn't too friendly either. The other restaurant staff were fine. I felt it was because our German was very limited, although we tried, they couldn't be bothered. And we noticed this with other German speaking guests too, there was very little friendliness. They really need a lesson in hospitality & customer service. I stopped buying drinks there because the waiter refused my change & told me to spend it elsewhere. As well as telling me in a very dismissive way "you're in Deutschland now" when I was trying to explain we rarely use cash since Covid in the UK. Anything under €20 has to be paid in cash, not credit card which I understood, I was just pointing out our differences, his attitude was rubbish. Despite putting a notice to clean our room, the cleaning manager wasn't happy as we had only been there 3 nights. Our beds were only changed once & towels twice in the fortnight we were there & we had to ask for this. With really hot sweaty nights we felt quite unclean. It made us feel a nuisance to ask. The cleaners themselves were lovely & very hardworking. Food was nice but quite salty & lacking in vegetables apart from sauerkraut. No decaf coffee/ tea(I have a heart problem) but I brought my own fortunately. No facilities for making tea/coffee in the room & the restaurant isn't open during the day to purchase any. People smoking continually on the terrace next to ours, having asthma, this was not good. Heat in the rooms was sometimes unbearable when it was 30°C outside with no air con or even a fan.

Kein Nachmittagskaffee, bei Halbpension gab es salzige Frikadelle mit Kartoffelstampf oder Fischburger mit Pommes, konzentrierte Tomatensuppe (oder Soße?). Zu unserem Glück müssten wir den zweiten Tag außerhalb Essen (auch bei Halbpension ist mittwochs Ruhetag), da war das Essen dann deutlich besser.

Sehr 😋 leckeres Frühstück. Alles vorhanden was man zu einem guten Frühstück braucht . Freundliches Personal, Gute Lage mit viel Möglichkeiten sich zu erholen. UPGRADE Zimmer sehr sauber und modern. Tolles Hotel für einen schönen Erholungsurlaub.

Handig parkeren op eigen terrein en een zwembad in het gebouw aanwezig. Dat zwembad hadden we niet verwacht. Wel een prima ruime familiekamer met meerdere ruimten.

De familiekamer ligt op de zolderverdieping. Alleen met dakramen. Verder was het tapijt smoezelig en is het hele hotel wat gedateerd. De biertuin was helaas vanwege ruhetag dicht.

pillow was not comfortable at all, like the bed though. city Tawana not mentioned any where while booking and they charged hefty amount at the name of city tax 15 euros for 3 nights. it should be mentioned if there was any restriction like this

Hotel ligt wel heel erg achteraf. Restaurant personeel: kortaf, ongeïnteresseerd en ronduit bot. Slecht !

Mitten im Wandergebiet. Guter Startpunkt für Wanderung. Idyllisch gelegen. Kühe mit Glocken bimmeln rund ums Haus. Blick auf viele Berge.

Frühstücksbuffet war etwas wenig in der Auswahl..

Nettes Personal, gutes Essen, guter Kaffee

Das Zimmer war zu dunkel, der Wasserhahn verkalkt.
