The pool and spa amenities. Breakfast too little choices and no change in the menu. I ate the same thing for 3 days

Excellent, central location. Many facilities available onsite as well as easy access to restaurants and bars in Glasgow. Very clean, spacious rooms with plenty of tea/coffee and biscuits in the room. We used the heated pool and gymnasium. On-site parking available.

We were very satisfied with our stay.

Our room was upgraded, to our surprise, and it was lovely! The beds were nice and comfy.

This is no reflection on the hotel itself but there was roadworks directly outside the hotel so there was a little bit of noise but not enough to to dampen our visit

Room description said - additional seating area, gave the impression it was a seperate area, it was not, was merely an uncomfortable sofa bed and table right next to one of the beds. £15 car park charge for 24 hours, even though the car park was on the same premises. Room service dinner was cold £52 taken from my card for breakfast even though breakfast was included in the price, when I called was told sorry will refund it, will take 3-5 working days, didn’t take 3-5 working days to remove the money from my account!

I had stated here before which there was one issue which was immediately dealt with by Liam the manager and his team... They really are fantastic.

Location, facilities, nice touch with hot cookie at reception, friendly check in staff.

Room decor tired. Assigned furthest away roof from elevator.

Swimming pool was not free of charge. The bathroom was not cleaned properly any of the days. Hairs / dust in corners as well as the bath.

We were moved 3 times until we finally got a clean room. Hotel is shabby in corridors and rooms.need redecorating and steam room in spa was broken

The location was ideal the swimming pool and Jacuzzi was good the meal we had in the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable we were able to check in our bags early ,it would have been a nice touch if they were in our allocated room when we checked in

The shower could have been better unfortunately the ceiling over the shower was flaky,the tea tray was disappointing would have like a hot chocolate and some herbal teas as a option a welcome pack would be handy explaining the times of the pool and the menu for the restaurant and a street map

Shower gel kept falling off the shower walls and scaring us

We liked the pool and jacuzzi, the decor and the artificial trees and leaves, the welcome cookie and the staff. The food was amazing especially the breakfast.

The music was too loud and we think a young family should be put in a room far away from the function, the view over a lower roof, guests should be asked if they want a street view or higher floor etc. You should be able to plug a device into the TV as the channels were very limited.

Room and hotel lovely.

Dinner was nice but cold so was sent back. Too far away for our visit to Hydro. Absolute nightmare getting back. Waited over 2 hours for a taxi.

Long wait to check in. Reception would not allow anyone to check in before 3pm without charging extra we arrived at 1430 to find around 24 people hanging round reception to check in after 1500hrs. The queue to check in started moving at 3pm we got to our room at 1530 - an hour wasted 😕
