The location was OK. The staff was courteous and helpful. They were kind enough to go through the CCTV images to look for the person who picked the handbag.

While we were checking in, our attention was diverted for a minute or so, and one of the handbags containing money and jewellery was stolen from the Foyer of the hotel. The CCTV camera could pick up the image, we had to report to the police but had no luck. Our holiday was ruined by this experience. We did not expect our belongings to be stolen from within the hotel premises!

Breakfast excellent, plenty food. We had our evening meal in bar first evening, also fabulous! Staff were excellent and very friendly, we will certainly be going back!

As a hospitality worker for 23 years in the food and beverage sector, in the positions of restaurant manager and food and beverage director, I simply cannot understand that employees take food from the buffet table in the middle of the morning service as if there are no guests in the breakfast room. The supervisor does not react at all to the situation that is happening in front of her eyes as if it were a usual ritual. The waitress, whose name I unfortunately did not remember, was very kind and helpful. Room service has a special story when you order from 10pm. The chicken sandwich was made as if the children were playing. If you do not have a night cook, it is better not to prepare food, it will be more useful for you, or to do additional training for the staff who prepare food at night. The taste is desperate. The room is very good, but the bathroom is in a very bad condition. Check in is a another story. I was the person who asked questions about when breakfast is and what are the additional facilities of the hotel. Very bad experience
