De locatie tegenover de zee. De kamer was heel mooi en ruim. Goede douche en airco. Goede matrassen. De bar beneden is fijn voor een drankje en hapje.

Parkeer lastig te vinden. Ontbijt kan beter, weinig personeel en de koffie smaakt naar instant chocolademelk.

Splendide chambre confortable. Proche et vue sur la mer. Personnel très sympa. Consommations au bar de qualité. Nous avions pris un cocktail avec une planche mixte. Le buffet le matin est bien. Agréable week-end, on reviendra. Un petit frigo dans la chambre pratique et une bouilloire 😀

La vue plongeante sur le parking car on était au 2ème étage. Mais vue sur la mer quand même. Ça mériterait d'être moins chère la nuit pour cette raison. Petit déjeuner chère aussi.

L'interdiction de boire un apéritif avec mon petit chien pour un hôtel qui accueille les animaux je ne vois pas en quoi ça dérange

The room was very hot air conditioning was in hot they turned it off but still too hot for us . Such a pity as it was a very good hotel and the room was extremely comfortable wirhthe exception of the heat which stopped us sleeping well

A busy well run hotel with good facilities, an easy check in and good on site restaurant. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the breakfast room stunning. It is an easy drive to the Dieppe ferry terminal.

I know this is not the problem of the hotel. I paid for my car to be in their car park for 2 nights. Unfortunately, it had been scraped by someone else manoeuvring their car.

Really excellent location with beautiful seaviews and sunsets. Stunning breakfast room with panoramic views of the beach. Very comfortable beds and lovely staff.

Quite an expensive breakfast at 18 euro each. The pool is not actually in the hotel but at the lido opposite so the website was a bit misleading. Also had to pay entry for the pool.

The location is just on the beach front (500m walk to the beach!) located right next to a major landmark which is beautiful to look at on entrance to the hotel. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming, spoke English which was fab and helpful (so they didn’t have to put up with my broken French!). The room size was fantastic for a family of 4, total feel of modern and clean inside the bedroom and hotel throughout. Complimentary drinks in the fridge were greatly appreciated after a long drive. Beds were a great size and so comfy, even the sofa bed folded out in to two single beds which again a great addition for people travelling with children.

I am being picky here as we thoroughly enjoyed the stay so my only EBI’s would be: 1) that the shower pressure was not great especially if you have long hair 2) it wasn’t easy to fill the kettle with water due to the tap height in the sink. 3) Just make sure you read the car parking restrictions - 1.8m max height which meant our truck couldn’t fit in and we had to park elsewhere (I didn’t notice any restrictions on the parking section when booking so hopefully will help someone in future!)

The facilities;I.e. there was only one bottle of water which was sparkling not still. Only one dustbin, no privacy door to the bathroom.

We had a great single night stay at the Mercure Dieppe. Our room was great, with a sofa round the corner and the most comfy bed I had slept in during our week in France. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is served in a room on the top floor of the hotel, which has an amazing view of the seafront and Chateau. Location is fab - really close to all the good stuff Dieppe has to offer

The only thing I found a bit odd was that the shower room part of our room didn't have a separate wall/door to the bedroom part of the room. The separate toilet did (thank goodness!).

Comfy, spacious room with all the necessary amenities. We arrived from the Dieppe ferry terminal and it is quite convenient as just a 5 minute drive to the hotel.

The location on the seafront is excellent.

There is very little soundproofing between the rooms.

I was overcharged by £174.69 and am trying to get my money back. They made no allowance for the full amount you charged me on 15th April. I have sent documents to them and am awaiting a response. Hopefully this will be resolved. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The hotel met with our expectations and also catered for our dogs to stay in the room. The room was a good size with everything you need for an overnight stay. The breakfast catered for everyone, it was a continental breakfast with lots of variety, nothing was too much trouble for the staff in the bar, on the reception and in the breakfast room. Facility ordinary, somewhat dark, stuffy air quality and worn. Needs refurbishment.

Bathroom: hair dryer was broken Toilet had a bad smell Not impressed of the room itself. Breakfast: refill of food was almost not done mainly the fresh fruit.
