Location was very good, Aspley train station is exactly opposite the hotel for those needing to use trains. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was typically English, same menu everyday. Could have some variety atleast.

Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile, le stanze vengono pulite tutti i giorni e lo shampoo ed il bagno doccia sono di buona qualità. Colazione inglese discreta ma con poca scelta.

Le stanze per 2 persone più un bambino sono strette, poco spazio per muoversi. Il letto non l'abbiamo trovato comodo, un loro stretto competitor è molto più comodo.

Das Zimmer in der 1ten Etage, musste ich wechseln wegen der schlechten Aussicht und dem geringen Lichteinfall.

Breakfast was good.. Nice and hot. Beautiful location. Staff where so nice and faultless.

Unfortunately someone set off the fire alarm at like 1am and we had to evacuate. I hardly slept all night.. In the morning they extended my stay until 2pm. It wasn't their fault and I was so grateful for the extra time in the room

La verdad que el hotel esta muy bien calidad-precio, camas cómodas y limpias. La estacion de tren justo delante. Llegamos al hotel de noche que nos trajimos embutido de España y nos proporcionaron pan gratis y una buena cantidad. A pesar de un susto que hubo a media noche, en el que saltaron las alarmas del hotel, que nos despertó del quinto sueño y nos asustamos, salimos al pasillo y vimos gente que salia a mirar, me asome a la ventana y vi como iban evacuando el hotel (nosotros estabamos en la ultima planta) nos pusimos los zapatos y el abrigo y salimos corriendo, en todo momento estuvieron los trabajadores calmando en lo que no sabian muy bien que pasaba y porque habian saltado las alarmas, ya despues del susto, creo que entendí que fue una falsa alarma porque alguien fumó en la habitación y detecto el humo... Nosotros ibamos tapados y no hacia muchísimo frio para ser esa hora de la noche, pero hubo gente que salio con poca ropa y descalzos, y tenian mantas de esas termicas que parecen papel albal, que supongo les proporciono el hotel, hasta que vinieron los bomberos. Estas cosas pasan, pero quiero decir que des de mi punto de vista el hotel actuó muy bien. El desyuno calidad precio bien.

En España tanto en zonas turisticas, como no, en los hoteles se esfuerzan por tener empleados que hablen varios idiomas, creo que el español se habla en buena parte del mundo, y nunca encuentro empleados que hablen español en hoteles, aereopuertos...

The staff were so so friendly! I arrived pretty late and was preparing for my trip to the Warner studios the next day. The staff on the front desk gave me great tips for beating the morning traffic and thank God they did! The room was great, as I’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn and so was the breakfast. The restaurant over the road was also fantastic if arriving a little later and in need of a pub grub feed!
