The sofa bed needs renewing, it’s not design to sleep on and the shower is stuck on hot, I had to turn it down at the boiler, which most people won’t know to do, still great value thou but I wasn’t expecting sharing a bed with my daughter.

It was a little to warm in the flat and had to have the fan on all night with the windows open wide

A very welcoming apartment, with comfortable sofa and bed. Easily adjustable heating. Nicely decorated. Loved the two pictures in the living room. Good size bathroom with large walk in shower. An allocated parking space. Security of the complex. Quiet environment but easy access to the town centre.

Kitchen could have done with a few extras by way of equipment.

A lovely, extremely clean flat in a quiet and safe part of Hemel. Loved the spacious walk in shower with strong pressure. A comfortable bed and milk provided. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Communication was good before arrival with photographs sent to assist in locating car park space and lockbox. That was before we’d even got to the apartment. Very clean and well equipped with access to a roof terrace to soak up the sun. Excellent location close to old town. Would recommend

The close location to Marlowes shopping was brilliant. The rear entrance to Asda was across the road - very handy. Bed was comfy, and the ability to have open windows was great.

Sofa bed lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on. For some odd reason one of the bedroom curtains was hung back to front. The freezer was so iced up that the door wouldn't close properly, resulting in the refrigerator starting to freeze up also. We found a non working toaster at the back of a kitchen cupboard (which was promptly replaced after our message had been read). The oven controls have been polished so often, they are illegible. Bit of a guessing game to use the oven. The hot water control in the shower was broken. Water temp could not be adequately controlled (shower was either hot or extremely hot) and could not be cooled down. Rather expensive for a not very luxurious apartment.

Clean and good location with easy access to amenities.

We were met by Felix at the property. He was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us all the needed information. He even offered to help us with the luggage. Thank you Felix. During our stay we communicated with Kanak who was managing the property. A true gentleman who made sure we have a comfortable time. Very efficient and friendly. We met some very friendly neighbours on the roof terrace. The building is secure and we were not disturbed by any noise. Parking space was an added bonus and the location was perfect.

Just a few suggestions : A shower caddy to hang flannels etc.in the shower and a bigger drying rack for clothes.
