Decent breakfast - very friendly staff

Initial greeting receptionist was good
Very poor service at breakfast. 20 min wait to order food, 25 min wait for cups to get coffee, 15 mins wait for milk . Tables not cleared and no staff around for majority of the time. In total it took me 45 mins to get breakfast from entering to he restaurant . Room not cleaned properly as it had glitter confetti on the carpet.

Large quiet rooms. Even though party in bar/venue room hardly heard anything. Clean including corridors. Friendly staff. Great to get to places.
Bed had rip in side but didn't affect how lovely it was to sleep in.

Libby Martin Daniel stood out for service . Room fab . Bit creeky but didn't bother us . 11am checkout is fab . Great value for money for a quick 1 night wedding stop

Not much, breakfast was ok,
Carpets and flooring in bedroom and bathroom was marked dirty looking,very very squeaky floor boards pillows where like flat pancakes very disturbed sleep, staff ok but hoovering in restaurant while we where trying to have breakfast not very professional, everything else standard ok for work men, quite disappointed wouldn't stay again unless they sorted out bedroom's

Delicious food!! Great location and friendly staff.
The toilet cistern in the room was slow to fill so worried there could be a fault and the windows need more sound proofing.

This hotel restaurant is amazing to stay the food on offer is excellent and the breakfast is the best we have ever had, my wife is disabled the room was wonderful for her the bathroom great the staff did everything they could to make our stay great. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay first class.

Breakfast was the best thing about our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Kettle and selection of hot drinks to be made in the room. Really good value.
Under TV was some kind of food debris on top of an under unit, it smelt. Pillow cases were clean but stained. The shower did not have much pressure. I was left standing at reception for over 4 minutes without being acknowledged, while the receptionist was talking with a colleague. It would have been nice to welcome us first and finish work chat. It was a bit awkward.

The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was lovely and clean
I couldn’t close the bedroom window, however when I returned from my function it had been sorted out.

It was generally quiet, the food was good and the most staff friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. There was a lift to the first floor which helped with luggage.
The corridor had creaky floorboards which I found distracting whenever anyone passed my room. Throughout my breakfast, a member of staff was hoovering the whole restaurant area.

I just think the rooms and corridors are a little tired and need freshening up. We had a problem with no hot water which for one night isn't a big issue but the price we paid I'd expect hot water in the room

The room was spacious, well laid out. The bed was comfortable and all the staff were friendly & helpful. It is just off a main road, but still reasonably quiet and I managed to get good sleep every night.
Figuring out how to turn on/off the shower was a little complicated as there was a two way mixer tap that was also the bath tap. As the temperature was also on the control then trying to get everything working correctly was a pain and, first morning, I did manage to drench the bathroom floor.

The Hotel is very reasonably priced with restaurant on site. Basic but exceptionally clean.
I only paid £50 per night and for that money I got a good , clean 3 star hotel.

Great value for money even if you have breakfast option as cooked breakfast (certain elements could be warmer) + cereals, fruit and continental offerings available - plenty of tea/coffee/mill - highly recommended
It felt to me that some breakfast items were put on plate and were waiting for the egg and sausage to be cooked hence they were a little cool
