Lovely property,, spotlessly clean, very quiet, very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, would definitely recommend, we will definitely return
Only down side, no view as on residential road, but was soo quiet you wouldn't realise

Beautifully presented, immaculately clean, very cute touches with the chocolate on the pillow. Incredibly kind, generous and attentive hosts, even helping us out on his birthday! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Quirky house, nicely presented.
No milk on arrival. First thing most people want is a drink and we had to immediately go out again to find milk.
No two pin point. These are used for shavers and electric toothbrushes. These are hardly a luxury but a general requirement.

Gorgeous cottage, very clean, cosy, comfy and quiet. The bathroom was amazing. The cottage was lovely and warm and was much bigger than we thought it would be. We would definitely stay here again.
Would have preferred a later check out time.
Having some milk in would have been nice.

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Rebekah was lovely and helpful. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Can't wait to return.

Breakfast was self catering. Location was ideal for our needs. We were amazed to find so many little gems in Denby Dale. Even the local pub had a live music night on, while we were there.
We didn't find it straight away, but I've put that down to my Satnav

Great location in village close to all amenities. Nice layout and interesting features in rooms. Plenty of space for two. Warm and cosy. Great bathroom.

It’s a beautiful property, exceptionally clean. Absolutely stunning bathroom. I have to say it’s a lot better than what you see in the picture and the hosts are amazing. They live close by. We needed them about an hour after arriving at the property, they were with us within 5 minutes. We also had a few requirements before we came and the requirements were met. Very polite and understanding.

Stunning property, lovely area, hosts we so lovely and welcoming.
Was pretty perfect. Taken great care regarding covid measures. Only thing missing was a potato masher 🤣 (can’t complain as it had almost everything for a long weekend).

Lovey modern facilities, very comfortable bed, really clean and well presented, quiet location, shops very close.
It is very difficult to find fault with this particular property, it ticks every box. If I had to be very pernickety, the only fault I could possibly find is that the sofas could have been a tad more comfortable. However, this is understandable because they are sofa beds.
