They were able to store and accommodate my luggage. The attitude overall is you get what you get. The staff believe because its budget accommodation we should accept the black mold. Some staff are friendly, however it became obvious they were not interested in providing customer service.

The indifference from the staff, particularly the Hindi girl at reception she acted like because it was budget accommodation that the hostel didn't need to provide heated rooms in the WINTER. Winter in DUBLIN!! There was black mold in my room 403 and the leak from 406 is likely to cause continuous issues. Everyone in the hostel is getting sick from the mold or from each other. Additionally, they're charging 11 pounds to do 1 load of laundry. They keep the rooms freezing and most of the guests don't want to speak up because they are getting ignored. They also charge more for the female dormitory, so if you're a woman expect the pink tax.

Das riesige Badezimmer war top und hatte Hotelklasse. Das Bett war in Ordnung. Die Betten haben alle USB Anschluss und eine kleine Ablage, so dass man nicht zwangsweise einen Reisestecker braucht. Die direkte Lage am St Stephen‘s Green ist natürlich unschlagbar und es ist auch nicht zu laut.

Die Küche war ein Zustand. Es gab nur zwei kleine Kühlschränke, bei einem war die Tür kaputt. Es gab keine richtigen Geschirrhandtücher, also hat jeder einfach nur alles stehen gelassen und es gab keine scharfen Messer. Ein Vorhang am Bett für mehr Privatssphäre wäre schön gewesen

Kitchen wasn't clean and the location is next to a club with a loud noise during the night, but it wasn't too bad.

Price, Location, 24 hour reception, safe room for bags, zero tolerance policy on guests smoking, drinking, and a strict "quiet hours". Perfect for traveling workers.

Needs some general upkeep and maintenance - general sanding and painting, and a regular carpet steam clean. Bathrooms could come with a mop to allow guests soak up wet floors, and somewhere to hang towels. Kitchen is guest's responsibility but rules need to be enforced.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

It was very loud from the club next store. People were going in and out throughout the night, turning on lights and not being considerate of others trying to sleep.
