Nearness to City Centre

This was our first visit to Cassidy’s Hotel and we were not disappointed. Our room was spotless, comfortable and quiet as requested. We will definitely return. We went to a play across the road in the Gate Theatre…”The Pull of the Stars”… it was brilliant… a must see.

tiny rooms with a few amenities. No face towels, no lotions, no conditioners, no refrigerators, rooms were incredibly hot with no ability to change the temperature as everything is controlled by the hotel. parking was difficult if you have a car.

Location was amazing, staff were impeccable, they couldn’t do enough to help. Would recommend this hotel

There were a few things in the room that didn’t work, the coffee machine wasn’t very good, there wasn’t a remote control for tv, the reception brought us one straight up to the room but we had to turn the tv off at the wall as the remote wouldn’t do it

Cogimos la suite para 4 personas y era muy espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno bastante completo. Los días que teníamos excursión y no llegábamos al desayuno nos preparaban un pre-desayuno bastante aceptable. Ubicación genial, cerca de todo salvo de Temple Bar.

Habitación ruidosa (música de la calle, baño, inquilinos del hotel). Luces verdes por toda la habitación, molestas de noche.

The seagulls on the roof above our room seemed to be active an loud even by night.

Ubicación excelente. Cerca de atracciones como para ir andando. Muchas paradas de autobús y tranvía (algunas literalmente al frente del hotel o a 50 metros) facil de llegar/ir al aeropuerto. El edificio y las habitaciones muy bien mantenidos. Todo un acierto.

Nos quedamos en una habitación familiar y los colchones de las camas individuales no eran del todo cómodos.

The location was perfect and the Christmas decorations made the place seem really cosy and welcoming. Our room was really clean and it was great to get the parking at such a cheap rate!

The rooms were small which we didn't mind too much although the bathroom was very tight. The breakfast in the morning was a bit disappointing and not very fresh and the staff were lovely although needed to be reminded to bring out the coffee and toast.

Locaation, cleanliness and staff were pleasant. Everything worked in room.

It was a bit cold and I couldn't change the temperature of the room.

The facility was good on cleanliness. The location was very good for accessing many attractions.

Room was exceptionally small. Description stated that private parking was available but was not clear that it had to be reserved. Hotel directed us to a public parking garage that required us to drag luggage for a 10-15 minute walk along a poorly lit street. Breakfast was just okay and did not compare to other hotels we used in Ireland.

Though the room was small it was perfectly appointed. The bathroom was fresh and modern. The staff were lovely and friendly too. The hotel is ideally located just a minutes walk from O'Connell Street so you're on the doorstep of all the sights Dublin has to offer.

Breakfast was plentiful but the hot buffet was cold when we got there at 10am.

Hotel location was excellent, easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see. The room was large, beds comfortable, we were not disturbed. Breakfast was varied and the sausages were the tastiest we had ever eaten! All the staff were helpful and friendly, gave me a voucher for the car park reducing the fee by 50%

The room was small and a hike away from reception through a very confusing array of corridors and a lift to go down one floor and then another walk to another lift to go up 4 floors The hotel photos looked better than reality
