L'emplacement (trop loin de l'hyper centre) et la partie restauration de l'hôtel qui n était pas assez développée et rooftop non exploité bien qu'existant.

Very good location, helpful staff, really nice breakfast with a lot of options to choose from

Windows are not soundproof, so you hear all the noises coming from a street, especially motorbikes which are very loud and make it extremely hard to fall asleep during night time. Room was very small, although had everything we needed. There is a deposit of 50 RM they take from you, but they return it upon check out, if nothing is broken.

Our stay in this hotel was made extra special by the wonderful staff especially Serinah, who went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Lovely clean hotel with good breakfast.

Staff were super friendly and facilitating! I traveled with my dad, who was on medication, some of which needed cool storage, and the hotel was able to accomodate his meds by helping to keep them chilled. They then also provided my room with a chiller for this, as the room did not come with a fridge by default. Location was also ideal as behind it was Jalan Padungan, which has a lot of street food other than on Carpenter Street

the hotel breakfast could do with an improvement. I know its a 3-star hotel, but there wasnt much of a variety at all

This was my second stay, I love this hotel. It is simple, eco-friendly and a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and has all that you need. Beds are comfortable. There's a nice rooftop as well.

Good-sized room & bathroom, cleaned every day without asking. Staff very professional, a good location just a short walk to the waterfront, if you can find the shortcut (turn right at Atmosferah). Comfortable lobby, breezy big rooftop area to hang out.

A neat and clean hotel in close proximity to the main attractions in Kuching. Lots of food options close by.

Esta relativamente bien situado. A 15 m andando del Waterfront, y cerca de retaurantes.

Es poco cómodo, la habitación es equeña, no hay sitio para colgar la ropa. El desayunos ea muy justito.

Ontbijt was prima, maar hadden wij eerlijk gezegd iets meer van verwacht qua westers ontbijt. Qua aziatisch aanbod was er voldoende. Dit neemt niet weg dat alles erg lekker was👌

The location and value for money was great. Breakfast could have been included in the price but wasn't.

Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño, aunque el baño es algo pequeño. Esta bastante limpio y la cama es muy amplia. La ubicación es buena, esta a una calle de la calle principal, donde hay bastantes servicios, aunque tiene alguna contra. Utilizamos el servicio de la lavandería, muy correcto.

El inconveniente de la ubicación es que da a una avenida bastante grande y hay bastante ruido, por las noches se escuchaban todas las motos y los coches al pasar.

The furniture of the room was a little bit old and the breakfast is pretty basic, we expexted more variety.

La habitación y baño correctos, sin lujos, buen tamaño y limpio. El desayuno buffet esta bien. Hay agua tratada gratis. El bar de la azotea es agradable y tiene buenas vistas.

Entraron a hacer la habitación mientras desayunábamos. Pese a que la ubicación no es mala, para poder ir andando a muchos sitios, es como estar alojado pegado a una autopista o carretera general, junto al hotel hay 5 carriles de trafico, y ademas de no resultar muy idílico, por las noches se oye mucho el trafico, y sobre todo las motos.

Camera grande e pulita, asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente. Possibilità di check in tardi e check out molto presto, utile se si hanno voli in orari scomodi

Ascensore sale al piano solo usando chiave camera, ma avevamo una sola chiave in due

Location is in the chinatown precinct. Plenty of food and shops. Staff are helpful and cheerful especially the lady manager who is so hands on attending to alot of details. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We arrived quite late but was accommodated well. The room size was OK. Bed and pillows neat, clean and comfy. The wifi was fast. Breakfast was hood esp the laksa 👍. Location was great as it was near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and was only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Front desk people and staff at the hotel restaurant very helpful. Checkout was a breeze. Will stay here again

La relación calidad -precio. El desayuno estupendo y el personal muy amable. Se llega al Riverfront en 15 minutos andando. Me volvería alojar en el.

The room was spotless and I loved the comfy kingsize bed. Great location also, very close to the waterfront and right in the centre. Lots of great places for food or a drink at walkingdistance.

Great breakfast and location. Super friendly staff and free roadside parking for guests. I paid for the Tourism Tax when booking under this platform but did not realize it until I checked out and the Limetree Hotel counter staff very kindly refunded the tax amount, as I am a Malaysian. I would not have been aware had she not offered the refund without my asking. It was only then that I realised I had been paying the tax meant for tourists in my other bookings at Malaysian hotels and will take steps to be more careful next time, to look out for myself, since this platform does not. Note: In my next booking and at check-out, the hotel referred me to this platform since it was this platform that collected it. After communicating with the platform, I find that it is too much of a hassle (need to provide bank statement) to try and recover my RM30 for the 3 night booking at another Kuching hotel. Malaysian 'tourists' beware.

Clean room, good breakfast and c 10 minutes walk to the main sites of Kuching. Also liked the encouragement from the hotel to be more eco friendly by having a plastic bottle recycling.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, (hausgemachte Lime marmelade unbedingt probieren! ) Wasser konnte kostenlos aufgefüllt werden. Achten auf Müllvermeidung

The location is great! So close to everything. The employees were really helpful organising taxis for us. We also arrived very late after delays through KL - it was no problem.

The bed was great - we had a king room but probably a bit firm for us Also was a bit noisy and needed earplugs to sleep at night

Easy to access.parking is available next to the hotel. Near to police station(at the back of hotel). Near to the bar, restaurant. Evetho the hotel is at the junctions and traffic light, its not even noise(i means really slow of noisy till u not even notice). Clean toilet with toiletries. Clean bed and floor. Aircond is good even old ones.clean besaheet.refreshement is availble. U can loan a mini cooler(small size and fit to 4 cans), iron board. Have a craft mini shop at the receptionist. Friendly and easy-going person. Have a cafe also.
