Great location and good value for money!

Comfortable beds , good views and only a short walk into town .

four seasons was perfect for our little family of three. the room was spotless, the ammenities well taken care of, beds were super comfortable and location was a 10/10. would happily stay here again!

unfortunately the pool was out of action on our trip so on the warmer days we weren't able to enjoy it.

Close to restaurants and CBD easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable for the time we were there.

Not very clean, we cleaned dishes before use, wiped down surfaces including bathroom before use, room wasn’t ready when we got there to book in, however the young lady was very pleasant.

Liked how close it was to the city centre.

disliked how all our rooms weren’t clean, dirty cloths left in the bathroom draw, hair in all the plugs, used tissues shoved in between the chairs and all the walls were very dirty.

Great location, just a 5-10min walk to the town centre/shops. The room that we were in had stunning views of the mountains and town centre. It is very close to bus stops either side of the road, which was good on the days we did not have a rental car.

Nothing much, just trivial things to us that may be deal breakers for others: - We were on the top floor, end of the hallway unit and the noise from other units was minimal but still discernible. We could only imagine how it’s like on the bottom units. Sound proofing needs to be improved I think. - The style of the facilities are dated, needs a refresh.

The location is fantastic, the views exceptional and around Christmas the price was reasonable, just a shame that the motel doesn’t get any real love from the owners. it could do much better.

Bedroom/Bathroom were very clean, but kitchen had filthy shelves and the pots weren’t clean either and was missing a pan. Mattresses were so soft/bouncy that we couldn’t sleep together until the 140cm wide bed but thankfully there’s an additional third bed available which was at least an alternative. Room wasn’t serviced once in five days and even when put the trash bag outside the door it wasn’t picked up before we left. I understand daily service is a thing of the past but from all stays this has been the least level of service we got without any prior communication about it.

No staff. bed and room was not cleaned, milk tea/coffee was not replaced, saw no staff from check in to check out, we had to replace our own towels as they where not even replaced with clean dry towels in the 4 days that we where there, electric blanket was stained as well, would of asked for my money back.

Walking up, a bit of a challenge

Good location, easy walk to centre of town. Warm room for winter. Cooking facilities and fridge so breakfast in the room is easy, could save lots of money on meals. Free parking - car parking can be a challenge in Queenstown

WiFi is terrible, barely functional, there is better at every bar in town. Nowhere comfortable to sit, chairs provided are very worn an uncomfortable. Beds close to the end of serviceable life.
