Staff was very helpful. It has a 711 convenience store inside the hotel and there are alot of restaurants in the basement which is also connected to the train! Very convenient. The housekeeping staff are very friendly too!

The staff are professional and helpful. They let us stored our baggage for a few days before the actual check in date. The hotel has everything, train station just right at the hotel, supermarket and eateries. We even rent a car at Lotte rent-a-car in the hotel. The location is great, I can access to many places from there. The beds and pillows are comfy, the shower is very strong and good. They managed to arrange the double bed room connected to the family room which is very convenient for us.

Nothing to complain.

コンドク駅直結で非常に便利です。空港快速から乗り換え無しです。朝食も食べましたが、いろいろと選べて不自由はありませんでした。

地下に飲食店がありこちらも非常に便利なのですが、ホテルと提携して宿泊客には何かサービスに逸品付ける等優遇があるともっと良いと思います。

駅直結

一見パクボゴム風の男性スタッフに、外食するには疲れてたので、デリバリーを頼んだら すごいため息をつかれ、客の前で態度が最悪だった

1. 접근성 - 역 바로 옆에다가 마트 편의점 써브웨이가 지하 및 호텔에 있고, 식당 밀집 구역도 멀지 않습니다. 2. 조식 - 정석적이지만 맛있는 조식입니다. 에그 스테이션이 있어요. 빵 종류가 많습니다. 3. 정수기/전자레인지 - 층마다 얼음정수기와 전자레인지가 있습니다. 편의점 음식으로 야식먹기+와인 칠링하기 딱입니다.

1. 작은 방/가성비 - 위치가 위치라서 그런지.. 방은 좀 작습니다. 그리고 가격이 낮은편은 아니죠.. 2. 화장실 구조 - 욕조가 크고 변기와 분리된건 좋지만.. 변기쪽에 아무 문도 없는건 은근 불편한것 같습니다. 3. 조식 인력 - 에그스테이션이 자주 비어있고 음식 보충이 띄엄띄엄 됩니다.

Breakfast was tasty with continental and a korean options. Loved the blackout curtains. The room was really spacious. The cleaning staff were amazing, my room was well looked after and cleaned, they were all so friendly. Although it was a 3 star hotel, it felt like a 4 star hotel service! Underneath the hotel is a shopping complex with restaurants, cafes and a Lotte supermarket, very convenient!

The staff was very courteous and made sure that we had a comfortable stay.

The lunch buffet was a disappointment. My wife and I showed up at 12 (lunch hours are 1130-1430 if memory preserves) only to be turned away by the staff because they were at "full capacity". When I asked if we could come back within 30 minutes to a hr, I was told no because they would still be at full capacity. I asked if they would be at full capacity for the next 2.5 hours and was told yes and that we could not eat there and to try again at dinner. Sounds odd that a buffet style restaurant would have that type of response. This issue was never addressed with staff acknowledgment either. Aside from that, our stay was comfortable.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Their English is good too. Room attendants are caring and nice. They lady try hard to communicate even though she doesn’t know English at all. I like the location of the hotel as well, it’s really easily accessible so I think it’s quite nice for travelers too. Only a minute walk from metro Line 5, 6, Gyeongui–Jungang Line and airport line which can go to many major attractions without exchanging.

Only thing is that there’s a gap between the desk and the wall. I dropped my mascara there and unable to pick up hahaha but it’s a really small issue. I believe I can get it back if I contact the staff for help :]

The property is bang in the middle of a busy lovely area. It’s super close to both metro and bus as well. They have a small 7/11 set up and a coffee shop types at the entrance as well. Extra special thanks to the staff here since both my husband and I had forgotten our passports at our Busan hotel and we knew limited Korean. They helped translate and converse about the same to our hotel in Busan and even helped us ship the passports within a days time (we had to leave the day after that back to our country). So so helpful!🙏🏽

Great location directly connected to the station downstairs. 20mins from Kimpo Airport is also wonderful. The room and the bathroom was clean and tidy.

It would have been better if there were charging port close to the bed.

Wish there was an outlet right by the bed, or at least a USB one. I didn't have a travel adaptor and didn't want to buy one, so used the outlets on the desk. But not a big deal to me.

Very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in overall. Location is very convenient with accessible transportation around seoul and to-and-fro airport via the metro (hotel's basement level). Well-maintained amenities.
