It has a microwave, a fridge and more stuff in case you need it. The location is great, not too far from the old part of the city and at 10 minutes of walking from the university.

Overall it was great, though the walls (at least in the room where i stayed) could get a renovation.

the property was overall good,the room had heating and the bathroom has hair dryer .

I do NOT recommend this hostel at all. It started at check-in: as requested, I sent a message 30 minutes in advance. I got no response. Only after waiting 45 minutes for the accommodation I could enter, and that only because of a Spanish-speaking boy who also had to check in. They only speak Spanish on the phone. When I got to my room it was not as described. The description states that every room has a balcony, while my room didn't even have a window! There was a window (which can't be opened) in the bathroom, but the curtain in front of it was broken so I couldn't open or close the curtain. Also, there is only 1 lamp in the room and you have to get out of bed to turn it on/off. The pillow is also very uncomfortable and the mattress hard, you can feel the springs. The sink was dirty. There is no trash can in the bathroom which can be annoying for women. The shower is very narrow and was run down, parts were missing and the bottom was dirty. Still, I showered surprisingly well there. The hostal did not respond to any of my messages. Although it is nice that a microwave and a bowl and spoon and glasses are available there is no possibility to wash these properly, so everything was dirty. I hope this is all due to my room (single room) and the other rooms are better. I would not come back here and recommend sleeping elsewhere.

Very friendly staff and great facilities (including a fridge and microwave in the hallway). The location is in the center of the town.

We found it difficult accessing the key to the Hostal & our room. No clear instructions on who to contact. Luckily our friends speak Spanish & managed to sort it out & find a number to ring but it took a long time. Very stressful. It would be helpful if you received an email with the code. Also we found the signage for the Hostal difficult to find if you arrived at night you would struggle to find it.

Location was great. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Had to telephone someone when we were at the door of the hostel to obtain a code for the front door and instructions of how to access our room - phoned when arrived in the town but would not give details until we were at the door! Even with responsible Spanish I was unable to understand instructions due to traffic and street noise. Eventually they sent a WhatsApp on my request. Why couldn’t this information be given in an email once the charge was made to our credit card and in advance of being ‘ at the door’ - thankfully it was not raining! Lost an earring as we left and still awaiting their response after 4 days -I take it it’s not been found! Would not stay again and not recommend due to the difficulty getting into the hostal.

The Hostal is in a good location with shops,bars and restaurants very close by. Security system in place worked well. Parking under the Hostal was a reasonable 10 euros a day. Our room, No 3, was clean and fresh and suitable for a short stay. Room had plenty of storage space. Bus stop and alternative parking was also close by. A local map was supplied in the common area. Overall the Hostal was value for money.

The parking under the hostal is tight and not recommended for large vehicles. Outside street noise could be a problem for light sleepers. The bathroom light over the sink was broken, the shade was only held in place by the bulb and did not work. It would have been helpful to have more information for tourists as the Hostal does not have a reception to ask.
