Everything was perfect I like all about this place

Pretty Clean in common areas. Tea, coffee and water were located in several locations all times. Towels were available but had to go to reception to get card and then salon and were not convenient to beach or pool locations. Possibly due to off season. Refreshments were only available at main location so having any at pools required walks to get them.

Mattresses in rooms are terrible. Shower curtains are not good and anyone taking a shower fills up bathroom with water. Tiles become very slippery. The lady that cleaned room took my son’s duvet cover leaving him only a blanket. We had to ask for one back. Then did not make beds the next day. Only one trash can was in the room and that was for the bathroom and toilet waste. We used a plastic bag for our other trash every day. Towels were thin and very old. The desert or pasta was forbidden to take out of Resteraunt to sit with coffee. I understand they do not want to clean everywhere but would be nice to have small food available at tea and coffee house. Cheese had no taste. even the tulum had a taste of plastic. Meze’s were great but no lamacun no Kofte no doner. We ate mostly outside as we were visiting family in Güzelbahçe.

acces to swimming pool sometimes not easy

-large area with many pools -unlimited local alcohol -good playing areas for kids -good location -plenty of food

-rooms need floor mats at entry so you can wipe your feet before entering room. floors get dirty very quickly -could be more entertainment for kids during day (kids club) kids got bored very quickly -plenty of food but not very tasteful, was very bland. -lots of staff everywhere, some very smiley and helpful but many of them not trained and had no idea where things were or any information on surrounding area or the resort itself. staff need more training and information.

Mattress was hard and sloping down at edges, needs turning. Coffee machine no good.

It is an excellent resort with a vast choice of quality meals and treats, entertainment and sports options. Our preferred ones were the main swimming pool, the sunny tennis court and well-shaded yoga spot with the peaceful sound of waves and sea view. We enjoyed the fantastic scenery and felt welcome whenever we were.

On some days, it was hard to get tennis racquets. Tennis courts would also benefit from a bit more care.

The location and breakfast were good. The waterfront area was amazing.

The rooms and bathroom were very basic they need a renovation they are outdated. There were two extra sofa beds in our room which we didn't need. We had booked the room for only two people. The room lock is very old fashion. They still use the physical key and we had to carry it everywhere we went.
