Rooms are a bit noisy, we could clearly hear people in the adjacent room. Noise isolation can be improved.

The food options were limited. The egg option could have been more varied i dont eat scrambled or hard boiled eggs Also My brother was unable to make it for breakfast, as he arrived late the night before so I asked if I could take food up to him, but this was not allowed I had paid for his breakfast so I would have been nice if an option pack would have been available

Hotel inside the airport, the best solution if the flight is really early in the morning. Small room, suitable for one night: great shower tub, big and confortable bed, quite from outside noisy and temperature management really good. A bottle of water (for free) in the room was really appreciated.

Nothing to say, everything was good as "one night hotel", unfortunately I was not able to taste the breakfast as my flight was really early and I left the hotel in the night.

perfect location inside the terminal. there is also a separate entrance/exit straight from the hotel what provides a super convenient access to cabs and buses. great staff, kind and helpful. I also enjoyed small details like complimentary lunch box and assistance with the cab to go to the city centre. recommend 👌🏽

there is no water tank with access to filtered water, but you can still buy water at the bar. also wi-if coverage was not stable at common areas but there was no such a problem in the room. I had few zoom calls

Clean, nice, modern, spacious room, very close to the check in counter so handy for early flight.

I really thought I was going to love this hotel when we first walked in to the room as the room was very nice and clean. However, their air conditioning system was terrible. It was stuck in heat mode . I asked the reception why it wouldn’t cool down even though we kept trying to set the temperature lower, apparently they disabled cool mode in winter!? They told me to lower it down to 22 degrees, which we did but it was only blowing fan air not cool air and the room temp was stuck at 26 all night. Zero ventilation as no windows that could be opened. We tried asking to switch rooms to see if other rooms were better but the room they showed us was even hotter. It made for a very uncomfortable night and we couldn’t sleep well at all, my partner was tempted to just check out and sleep on the airport bench instead.

I liked the staff. I forgot a lot of cash money and the documents in the safe. Manager contacted me and my money and the documents were returned.

Reception staff was kind and helpfull.

it’s in the airport self, close to the international and national check desks, so we checked-inn and came back to the room for further sleep, 🤪 big rooms, nice bathroom, nice douche, which I prefer over bath tubes, I think newly refurbished rooms, staff offered lunch box for morning leavers

- the room (sole and washing sink) were not clean enough - there is a door between 2-rooms, I think this is used for big families so they can open it, I personally will never choose such a connection room, very bad isolation. I could hear next rooms TV and peoples coughs + their phone calls🤨, I was lucky they slept at 12:30 am, what if they continued till sunrise😳 - I informed the staff when I checked out, they told me that I could inform them so they could swap the room, anyway it was for 1 day… beside these resolvable remarks, nothing negative to report

The hotel and my room were conveniently located in the Izmir International and Domestic terminal section, quiet, with restaurants and shopping readily available. It was also very quiet and clean. Staff was polite, helpful, and friendly.

Weak WiFi.

This is a very nice option if you arrive very late to Izmir airport or if you have an early flight. It is inside the airport, the staff is very kind, the room I had was big enough to feel comfortable.

I was not expecting to have breakfast but they offer one. It had a lot of options, lentil soup, breads, eggs, cheeses. I would have liked to have more fruit in the breakfast or beans since I am vegan so I could not eat a lot of the other options. But for other people without dietary restrictions it seems very complete.

The hotel is part of the airport complex which was very convenient.

There are no windows in the rooms, which we were informed about when making the booking. I found it claustrophobic. The hot water in bathroom was intermittent and never really got very hot. There is no restaurant in the hotel but cafes in the terminal building. We wanted dinner and had to take a taxi to a restaurant so we could have a proper dinner. Breakfast was supposedly served from 7 to 10 a.m. However, we waited outside the breakfast area till 7:15 but the doors had not been opened and the staff were still setting up. Because we had to check in for our flight at 8 a.m. we had to miss breakfast.
