Friendly staff, nice swimming pool, great restaurant
Not easy to move without a car as public transport is very limited, we had to take the cab

A couple of nice beaches a few minutes away by car from the hotels.
Relatively close to Porto Vecchio town
We had booked a double room just for one night. We arrived late afternoon and left early in the morning. We did not have breakfast. we just at a drink in the evening after doing some sightseeing in Porto Vecchio. The staff who served the drink were nice.
Our problem: the room ( I think it was room 209)? was adequate but the bathroom was ridiculously small. We had to seat sideway in the toilets to prevent banging into the wash basin!!!!
Therefore one night stay was more than enough.

We arrived ahead of checking time and were able to enjoy the pool and the overall amenities of the property including the restaurant.
Nice Pool
Private parking available on spot and was close to our room.
Cute and cosy room, well equipped.
Nice and helpful staff at restaurant and bar.
Well situated, close to good restaurants and top beaches.
The bathroom ventilation/aspiration system is very loud and disturbing and can't be turned off. You can't unhear it, the bed is close so it's kind of a big deal to find sleep.
Food is average.
Not a very warm welcome received from the staff at reception upon arrival which is kind of a vibe/mood killer at the kick off of the stay.
At night (could be during the day as well but we can't tell as during the day we were mostly out), the toilets make very weird noise and in the morning of our departure the restroom was clogged so we had to use the bar's restroom. Thankfully this was on our last day.

Poor selection at breakfast not worth the money. Didnt bother with it
The bungalow we stayed in was very basic

The accommodation is nice and has the perfect size. Common areas are convenient.
The water goes everywhere in the bathroom when you take a shower.

the space of the residence. The staff.
The music at the bar and the restaurant. The water overflow in the shower.

Restaurant staff were friendly
I was ill overnight after having eaten in their restaurant and had hoped to be able to stay in my room recovering until 1.30 pm but at 12 noon was told that I should have vacated the room by11.00 and that they had to get the room ready for the next guest. The hotel wasn’t even 25% full so they had plenty of other rooms available.

Breakfast was just OK, nothing really special, and expensive.
Very young people attending were very unpleasant, really pressing to finish "on time" with very rude manners.
We did not repeat breakfast a 2nd morning.
Kalima had been recommended to me (experience of quite a few years ago) but in 2021 was very disappointing, even more including the price factor.
It was requested a room with better accessibility including accesible bathroom if available (close to hotel facilities, etc..) one of the persons has an injury.
We received a quick kind response confirming availability, A bungalow with adapted bathroom was certainly given. (apparently there were only 2)
BUT:
The bungalow was placed in the farthest place, in the garden, needing to walk long distance to restaurant, pool, etc...and requiring to park the car also really far from common premisses.
That location did not seem to consider accessibility requirements but just the opposite, it looked like it was put to comply with regulations but if was of interest "0" for the Hotel.
The room itself gave the impression to have been built as an annex between bungalows, old, uncomfortable, small room like a corridor with 2 very small low beds in 2 extremes, and with air condition in a place which froze a bed and did not reach the other. Yes, Bathroom had been adapted ( in another century) as for a handicapped person, but was old, shabby, uncomfortable and easy to flood with water.
That unpleasant situation together with rude attitude from "pretty young women" at breakfast, mistreating clients was disgusting.
Hotel is far from Porto Vecchio in a lonely road with poor light at night, if you need to return late.
All the efforts had been put around the pool and bar, and to please families with children. This is it.
If there are good bungalows, congratulations. We did not have that experience, at all.

Really nice hotel in an exceptionally beautiful environment. The restaurant is great too! Lovely pool, where we could stay the whole day after checking out.
There's lots of mosquitoes. No complaints to the hotel about this of course, but make sure to bring repellent.

Front desk was very unfriendly but at the breakfast the representative Alicia was great and the best … friendly efficient and adorable helping us for everything

The pool area was quite nice with a fair amount of sunbeds although the entire area tended to get very crowded so it was a bit of a lottery whether you actually got to relax around the pool or had to sit further away in one of the many pergola covered couch areas.
Breakfast was a pretty poor buffet. We had wasps helping themselves to the fruit & meats that were laid out without any covering. There was a choice of either dried-out scrambled eggs under a cloche or you could attempt to boil your own although the water wasn't quite hot enough so we gave up trying to cook our eggs after several failed attempts. The only coffee available at breakfast was a terrible machine dispensed Americano even though there was a bar that served good coffee straight after they stopped serving breakfast.
The rooms were quite nice but very tired looking. They were arranged in little clusters like one large cottage sub-divided into several chalets. Unfortunately they still shared walls so you could hear everyone flushing their toilets in the adjoining rooms throughout the night (once one adjoining group got up it would set off the guests in the next room in a little comedy rotation until everyone was awake).
The hotel was also situated in a slightly isolated spot just too far to walk anywhere comfortably; just too far to walk to the beach, shops or any other restaurants.
The staff were all very friendly but - possibly as a result of Covid - they were always understaffed.

Great location and great facilities. The staff is super friendly and at everyturn tried to help us if we have any issues. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. We stayed for 5 days and had a great stay. Definitely would come again.

We liked the resort style layout. The pool looked lovely and we enjoyed our swim. The staff were friendly, although unhelpful with our issues. There was parking behind a boom-gate - though not particularly secure. The restaurant looked lovely but out of our price-range so we didn't try it.
We booked two double bedrooms as it was two adult couples staying at Kilina. We were told that these were separate apartments joinable by an interconnected door but with separate external entries if desired. This was deceptive because though there are separate external entries, they both share the same bathroom internally. The second bedroom was not double and instead two single beds that could not be pushed together. This second bedroom was also tiny, clearly intended for children, had a single power point BEHIND THE PILLOW of one of the beds (what a weird place to put it and have all of our electronics charging from!), and did not even have so much as a table or chair to put our luggage on (and barely enough space to lay them on the floor. There was an angry wasp nest in the ceiling that buzzed all night and was swarming outside the door. The night was very hot and the apartment was scorching - there was an air-conditioning but again not for the second bedroom so we had to sleep with all doors open which is uncomfortable removing all privacy between the two couples. There is no extractor fan in the single shared bathroom or toilet which added to awkwardness in the apartment. The mini-fridge though turned on was not at all cold so did not chill out water bottles we put in there. There was no tap to fill these bottles other than the bathroom, which was not enough space to fill our larger bottles. The shower base was smelly and mouldy- I accidentally dropped a towel and it went bright orange/brown where it rubbed against the unsealed mouldy concrete floor of the shower. We brought up the issue of the 'second bedroom' really just being a kids room with no privacy to the reception staff (no phone so had to walk all the way to reception, which we found unstaffed and had to wait 10-15 minutes for staff to return to) and the staff told us there was nothing that could be done to help us, and there was not even a fan we could borrow for the second bedroom.
