Room spacious with balcony but furniture are very old. Staff at reception nice and always smiling! Value for money; location is good, minute walking to Soi 6 and Italian restaurant (trattoria Toscana). Easy to get motorbike taxi (3€ you go everywhere!) and Tuk Tuk (less than 50 cents!) to walking street.

The hotel need to be refreshed a bit… also if everything works well (shower with tub and hot water, fridge). In bathroom bad smell of sewer. don’t have strongbox in room, you can deposit your value in safe at reception.

As other reviewers have pointed out, this accommodation is very well located: a very short walk to the beach, to major shopping centres including a Big C Superstore, and to the other delights of the northern part of Pattaya. The street food and the 24/7 Family Mart just 50m down the road were added attractions. The room was large, clean and with a king sized bed. Those who require a very soft bed might be disappointed but I wasn't...not too soft, not too hard, just about right. And the staff were both professional and obliging.

The location was great, very close to the beach. Room was spacious for my wife and 4 years old son. Breakfast buffet was worth of the price! Great service!

Some group of foreign tourists occupied the whole swimming pool during afternoon. Also they were screaming as if some swimming competition was going on! It made me little uncomfortable as they need to respect local culture and maintain privacy.

the bed base is not clean and the floor still have dust. Parking lot is not enough but staff can handle it very satisfy. I did not receive wifi information from staff.
