Property was clean, easy to find close to shops. Bed was super comfortable. Team was very helpful and friendly.

Was very comfortable and shower nice. Products in bathroom are luxurious. The pool area is great, free fizzy or still water on tap. Cafe next door for breakfast but we did not go. Bikes available but we did not use
The hotel is on the main road but not too noisy. The emails promoting competitions are annoying. No wine glasses in the room. Although there is cutlery etc there is no where to cook? Children in the pool means it’s not that relaxing.

Every aspect of our stay at The Bower was amazing. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The magnesium pool was so stunning and the setting was very peaceful. We also had a fun spa day and Amy provided an amazing experience. Cant rate The Bower higher!
Nothing! The location is nicely set away from the main drag of Byron Bay, but that does mean if you don’t have a car it’s a 20 minute walk to the beach, however everyone cycles everywhere!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean and fresh.
Bikes were below par for this standard of accommodation. Old and badly maintained. After discovering on the decent to Falls beach that the rear brakes were ineffective creating some distress for my partner we reported this to the staff. Maintenance guy came the next day but 3 days later when we did the same ride my partner's bike still had no rear braking plus the gears wouldn't change. Again adding distress to what should have been an easy and enjoyable ride.
Otherwise all good.

Amazing pool area and beautiful decor in the rooms.
Only thing was a lack of towel rails or hooks in the room.

Very comfortable stay! Staff were very helpful, excellent pool, easy parking and lovely rooms.
We could hear our adjoining neighbours watching TV at night time when we were trying to go to sleep

It’s well appointed, and well situated. The pool is lovely, though small. Beautiful trees, loud with birds.

The beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept in and the rooms were wonderful. Also if you want to relax by the pool and have endless sparkling water this is your place.
The location is a little out of town but they provide you with bikes to get around.

The styling is gorgeous, has an oasis resort feel.
The highlight was sunning ourselves around the magnesium swimming pool. Pool is so gorgeous and the water was just the right temperature. And the staff were so lovely.

The rooms were lovely. The pool was very cool. It was close to the hub of Byron but far enough out to have a relaxing evening. The General Store next door was wonderful.
The check-in closes at 5pm. I would have liked a bit longer opening hours.
The room also didn't have any black tea - just green and herbal. BYO tea bags.

Need a light at night to see the keyhole for opening the door. TV set could have a higher volume.

Love this place, bed and pillows are especially comfortable! Great location, staff really friendly and helpful, awesome pool.
The rooms are dark - mine was in particular. Would be great if they had additional lighting in the bathroom for when you're getting ready.

the staff is very unfriendly. They knocked on my door because I wasn’t out of my room by 10am the next day. 10am! not 12pm, they kicked me out by 10am. honestly, that ruined my entire experience. every hotel in the world let’s you check out at 12pm.

What a beautiful and welcoming space. We were lucky enough to spend a couple of nights in the studio villa and it was just wonderful. Spacious, well designed and decadent.
The only downside was the bath towels, it seems trivia but they were scratchy and faded - not the plush, fluffy towels you would expect at a great hotel like this.
