The hotel is a a wonderful, family friendly place with great facilities all set in an amazing valley. The rooms are big and comfy, great for families. The buffet breakfast is really nice and the restaurant is also great for an evening meal.

Hotel TURNA provides customers with a unique experience, right in the heart of Malbun village. It is a perfect place for a stay, especially in winter when all the surroundings are covered in snow and you can see it all from your room! Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, full of variety. The pool and sauna are great add-ons to the overall experience. We stayed there for 1 night but it could easily have been for 5 nights as this is a very pleasant hotel to stay.

The whirlpool was not working when we tried to use it.

This is a wonderfully pleasant hotel. Don't look at 3+ stars sign - it offers so much more. Our 2 family rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The beds and pillows were super comfy. We also enjoyed our time in the indoor swimming pool. The breakfast choice is very good and the quality of food is great. We also had our dinner at the hotel restaurant which was lovely. And Daniil provided a perfect service. We were served a dinner menu with 4 courses and 2-3 options per course. And the hotel location is unbeatable - 50m from the Sareis chairlift.

There was a slight mix up with the rooms. The larger family room was set for 1 person, while the smaller one - for 3. But we sorted this out ourselves.

Exceptional friendly staff, very comfortable. Great wellness area with beatiful pool, sauna and Steam Room. Exceptional beautiful mountains around and a chairlift to a mountaintop right next door. The room was ultra spacious and comfortable. I would come back anytime. Great value for money.

It was absolutely fantastic. Great restaurant for both breakfast (included) and dinner, friendly stuff. I got the room that much exceeded my expectations for a single room - super spacious, with big balcony. A nice touch is fruits available all over the hotel for free.

Very nice and friendly staff, beautiful location. The breakfast buffet is very good and generous. The spa and swimmbad are small but nice. Perfect hotel for familiy.
