Excellent location. 2, 3 mins walk to the Lotte Mall & Shinsaege. Our 2 bedrooms apartment is spacious & clean.

There is no floor towel provided. We used hair dryer to dry our feet after shower ! Lack of hook in rooms to hang clothes.

(1) Its location - it is just opposite BEXCO and easy accessibility to highways in/out of Busan. Busan top shopping malls are just within walking distance - Shinsegae, Lotte, Home Depot. There are many cafe, bakery, eateries and restaurants around all corners. There are 2 convenience shops on its 1st floor lobby. Super convenient. (2) The rooms are relatively big (36m2) with comfortable beds, working amenities and strong air-conditioning (the centrally located blower serves the big room very well). (3) Free parking for hotel guest (4) The reception counter staff can speak good English and are warm.

(1) The hall way was pretty dim with worn out carpets. The rooms are distributed along the arms of a square with just 1 lift lobby. It was unfortunate that our rooms are located at the furthest arm to the lift, so we had to walk quite far. (2) Housekeeping was not too good - they did not wash up the cutlery that was put into the sink and did not top up new cutlery too. (3) The hotel was apparently used by more than 1 registered name. There are 2 counters at the lobby - Haeundae Centum Hotel and Haeundae Victoria Hotel. We noticed that the rooms have stickers of different hotel names on their doors. This makes us felt uncomfortable. (4) The shower design was bad. There is a big gap between the half panel shower screen and the bath tub, causing water to flow onto the whole toilet floor during shower. The water accumulated along the bath tub edges had no other places to drain off, only to the toilet floor. The toilet became very wet and inconvenient.

Stanza molto grande, pulita e comoda, apprezzato che non ci fosse la moquette in stanza. Molto utile il convenience store (GS25) al primo piano per qualsiasi evenienza. Frigo molto capiente e bottigliette di acqua fornite ogni giorno.

Odore di fumo appena entrate, nonostante ci sia il divieto; fortunatamente dopo un giorno è andato via. Bagno con poca manutenzione. La vasca era vecchia e non era in buone condizioni. Il lavandino era praticamente intasato e l'acqua non andava giù.

房間非常的大，地點很方便 有帶行李的話可以從centum city 5號出口或1號出口搭電梯上來，走路３分鐘就到了 離新世界百貨＆樂天百貨非常非常近，逛街很方便 附近還有一家很大的home plus超市 飯店樓下有2家便利商店、1家咖啡廳 斜對面就有olive young＆超級多咖啡廳＆便利商店 大門口正對面的大樓2樓，有一家很有名的豬肉湯飯 叫外送的話可以送上樓，放在房門口

房間內有廚房但是沒有鍋子哈哈哈哈哈買了泡麵沒辦法煮 偶爾會聽到水管管線的聲音

location to bexco, clean rooms with very good beds and sheets, very soundproof quiet rooms. Excellent housekeeping, no matter what time you left always came back to a perfect bed and room.

Near Centum City subway and plenty of restaurants; suite was spacious and comfortable.

Lifts a bit slow.

The suite is definitely spacious for a family. The facilities are in good working conditions and the location is great with nearby food stalls for supper and early breakfast. The living space is a great for a meal with the family after a long day out.

A dryer could be perfect but not necessary. I could have missed out a socket plug in the kitchen but either way it is fine for us use the electric kettle in the living room. The pillows are a little too soft but not a deal breaker.

Location was fantastic. Next to a mall and train station
